better clinical programs for clients or patients and for continual programs of the

laboratory.

Serves as coordinator of patient follow-up and referral to other health related

disciplines and resources for patient requiring additional needs.

Bureau of Health Facilities and Services, Department of Health and other

regulatory agencies.

ZSO Diagnostics offer medical testing activities meeting the requirements set by the
Department of Health and other accrediting and regulatory bodies. by this, the
management is committed to accomplish the following:

2.1 Commit to provide diagnostic services, giving top priority to the quality of the
results for all the samples received by the laboratory.

2.2 the adequate measure to ensure that quality is given to all patients without
discretion.

2.3 offer cost effective and fine tuned services to ensure that utmost care is taken so
that results are reliable, accurate and dependable to assure data are close to the true
value;

2.4 Improve our services through continual improvement, customer feedback, supplier
evaluation and proper coordination with the employees.

2.5 Ensure that client requiremnt are met without affecting the guidelines set by the
accrediting body, and assist providing competemt workers in a timely manner.

The laboratory staff members are made to imbibe this philosophy and are part of the
endeavor to maintain quality at any level. It is the responsibility of the staff to
familiarize themselves with the content of this Quality Manual angpd comply with the
guidelines, the policies and procedures lay down in this manual and other associated
documents at all time.
