What's new with OFS 3.35 release :

- New option "Resynchronization without animation break" : A build change done

through a connected Unity Pro does not break OFS communication during its
resynchronization.
- Bug fixing

Last minute information :

1) To use the PLC embedded Data Dictionnary:

- PLC CPU OS must be updated with the version hereafter or upper (V2.1 on M340
PLC, and V2.7 on Premium and Quantum PLCs)
- PLC application must be built with the UnityPro 4.1 or upper.

2) To use the "Resynchronization without animation break" feature:

- PLC CPU OS must be updated with the version hereafter or upper (V2.3 on M340
PLC, V2.9 on Premium and V3.0 Quantum PLCs)
- PLC application must be built with the UnityPro 6.0 or upper.
- The PLC embedded Data Dictionnary must be used
- The Preload on build change setting must be checked in the PLC embedded data
section of the Project Setting in the UnityPro application.

3) To make remote link with UnityPro, it is necessary to install some TLBs files on
the same machine as OFS server.To do that, execute on the OFS CD
"\UnityProClient\UnityProClient.msi"

4) In order to avoid any degradation of service, it is necessary to configure the

antivirus in order to exclude files .TXT from the automatic scan.

5) Please note than if the product is not register after the 21 days period, OFS
server can be run but does not allow communication with PLCs (All items are set to
bad quality)

6) In serial link usage (as Modbus RTU), the polling rate for the corresponding
variables must be sufficiently important to allow the server scanning all the
devices in case of network deconnection.

7) OFS V3.35 is compatible with UnityPro V4.1 and upper.

8) In case of using UnityPro project file (version prior to 6.0) as symbol file on
Vista or Windows 7 plateform,
it should be necessary to turn off the User Account Control in order to access to
STU file on your machine.
- Open up Control Panel
- Click on "User Accounts"
- Click on "Turn User Account Control on or off"
- You should uncheck the box for "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect
your computer", and then click on the OK button to save your changes.
- You'll need to reboot your computer before the changes take effect.
Note: Disabling UAC will lead to a less secure system, so be warned.
9) About .Net Framework 1.1 installation On Vista or Windows 7 plateform: a
"Program Compatibility Assistant" dialog may appear.
Please choose "Run Program" to proceed the setup.

10) Vista or Windows 7 plateform only : When UAC is turned on, please check that
the option "Run as administrator" is not checked in the OFS.exe properties.
