Uflex Limited (Uflex) is a provider of flexible packaging solutions. It manufactures and markets
flexible packaging products such as biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate films, biaxially
oriented polypropylene films, cast polypropylene and metalized films.

Biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate films(BoPET) - is a polyester film made from

stretched polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and is used for its high tensile strength, chemical and
dimensional stability, transparency, reflectivity, gas and aroma barrier properties, and electrical
insulation.

Biaxial orientation results in increased toughness, increased stiffness, enhanced clarity, improved oil
and grease resistance, and enhanced barrier properties to water vapour and oxygen.

Cast Polypropylene = This is a cast film whose raw material is polypropylene and can be
used as a single film or as a lamination sealant material. RXC-22 is a high impact strength
and transparent film with the following characteristics: 1) Moderate elasticity 2) Good heat
sealability - Improved low temperature sealing 3) Excellent machine suitability 4) Superior moisture-
proof properties 5) Exceptional wear resistance (abrasion resistance) 6) Improved shock resistance

The company also manufactures hygiene films, pet food pinch bottom bags, electron beam curing,
pocket PTC zipper, flexi-tubes, confectionary foils, lids, cement block bottom bags, liquid packaging
solutions, flexo plates and flexo printing sleeves, holographic solutions and labelling solutions. It also
executes production of rotogravure cylinders, liquid inks, coating, special adhesives, zippers,
coolants, flexo plates and flexo printing sleeves.

The company also develops a broad range of packaging, allied and printing machines including
extrusion coating, aseptic liquid filling machines and lamination machines. It also offers packaging
solutions for motor oil and lubricants, automotive and engineering, dairy, pharmaceuticals, textile,
fertilizers and plant, confectionary, consumer goods, and food and beverages.

The company has presence in Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Uflex is
