This was one of the major project wherein my responsibility is to track monitor credit transactions and

 Extracting the data using the PROC IMPORT and INFFILE from various files.

Project 2 Direct Billing

 Direct Billing comes into picture when a participant is terminated or retired, as per the COBRA law,
these members still eligible to get healthcare benefits for certain period of time and pay of these

Description
 Direct Bill participants can make online payments using Credit or Debit Cards.
 Analysis of spends transaction based on different types of transactions.
 Generating a delinquency report every month by collecting the data from various sources.

Project 3 Premium Reporting

Project 4 HSA and FSA accounts reconciliation

Project Description This is one of the major project, we are responsible to work on this project twice a year. These are
accounts which is opened for the members who wish set aside some money for their health expenses
on pre-tax basis. HSA accounts are both employee and employer funded and FSA accounts are only
employee funded.
Role and •Discussing the requirements with the client and onshore team.
Responsibility • Gathering and analyzing the data provided by the different team.
• Performing sanity checks, verifications, validations by SAS/SQL procedures.
• Applying various Data Analysis techniques on input datasets and convert them into more insightful
report or dashboard.
• Automating End to End reporting using SAS/MACROS.
• Identifying new areas to apply automation in existing or new reports.
