I am Sandhya Devi W/. Late Sh. Ramkumar Tyagi, age-57 years, and permanent resident of 355, village/ VPO- Jainpur, Distt. – Sonipat, State – Haryana, but
currently I am admitted in Govt. Hospital, Gulabganj, Distt. Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. I am a widow and have 2 sons. Elder son lives in Gulabganj, Distt.
Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh and younger son lives in Noida, U.P.
On 15th November 2018, I was feeling slightly high BP and general headache (I am a hyper-tension patient), So, asked neighbor for help and she gave a phone
number of a long time regular local medical practitioner Dr. Rishi Sharma in my village/ V.P.O. Jainpur, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana – 131027 and his permanent
address is Dr. Rishi Sharma S/. Siyaram Sharma, Village-Teha, Tehsil- Ganaur, Distt.- Sonipat, Haryana- 131101(Mobile number- 9991352446). I called him
up and explained my condition to him. He came to my home around 4.00pm approx and without checking my BP, gave me an injection from the top of cloth
without removing it or pushing it aside, in the middle of on my left buttock. I felt unusual pain while taking injection and told him about this. He said, such
pain is quite normal while taking injection and it will be fine in sometime but within 15 minutes I started feeling extreme pain in my whole left leg, started
getting fever but Doctor Rishi was gone. I tried to talk to him on phone but he did not pick up my call. Within 2 hours of taking injection I got a cyst where he
injected me. Place of injection was also paining too much. Till late evening my leg got swelled up as like in disease of ‘Hathi Panv’ and got cyst on my inner
left thigh along with severe fever, continuous vomiting and loose motion and it went through all night and got worst till morning. I told everything about my
condition to my both sons and they suggested me to go to hospital but as I was completely bed ridden. My younger son Rohit came home next morning and
took me to the Hospital. We went to a nearby private hospital and met with a Surgeon and he told us that my condition was so critical that treatment of this
disease may cost me around 2 lakhs or more, even after that my leg can be amputated. Meanwhile me and my neighbors tried to contact Doctor Rishi Sharma
several times but he did not pickup any call and he went missing from his both, permanent and clinic too. Which proves that he gave me wrong injectable or
used an infected needle or such medicine deliberately with intentions of putting my life in danger. He was clearly aware of it that he did this wrong with me.
Respected Sir, I am a widow and I am completely dependent on my late husband’s pension for living. I do not have this much amount. Saving my
own life was my first priority so I could not get time to file any complaint in police station there. I knew my younger son would not be able to take care of me
as he got a job recently and my disease will take time to get heal and proper and regular attention. So, I travelled by train in the night of 16th Nov 2018 as soon
as I could reach to my elder son’s place for better treatment and take care in his observation. Right now I am admitted in Govt. Hospital, Gulabganj, Distt.
Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh 464220. Now my whole left leg is extremely swelled up and filled with pus and discharges draining out from different parts of my
whole left leg. I have cysts all over leg and buttock.I am not able to move from my bed and can’t sleep due to extreme pain and numbness. Due to extreme pain
and psychological trauma I am going through, I am physically and mentally harassed by Doctor Rishi Sharma. He treated me with cruelty deliberately. I wanted
to file a FIR in Police Station, Thana Gulabganj, Distt. Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, on 17th November 2018, but I was suggested to meet with respected SP Sir in
Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh first. But due to his heavy duties during elections in MP, and my immovability I could not meet with him. Without SP Sirs
permission I am not able to file any complaint here. I cannot come back to my home in Haryana in this severe medical condition which is going to take another
month or may be more then that to get well. My neighbors informed me that Dr. Rishi Sharma has shutted his clinic down permanently in my village jainpur
and his lots of relatives who also live in my village helped him escape so that police cant find him or take any action against him in case complaint gets
registered. Apart from that, it also came to my knowledge that Rishi is not a registered or valid doctor. He does not have any medical degree which can allow
him to do any medical practice. He has been doing his practice for many years in Jainpur village. Respected Sir I am seeking justice for what has happened to
me. He is shaming the league of doctors who save lives of people. If he does not face consequences for crime he has committed, in future he will not fear
anyone while committing such crimes. Kind of medical malpracticing he has been doing, he is dangerous and life threatening to any patients life, who is
seeking medical help and does not know about Rishi Sharmas reality. Putting an end to such an imposter, invalid, unregistered and cruel medical
malpractitioner would be the most righteous step and punishment accordingly must set an example and stop and terrify other illegal doctors like Rishi Sharma.
I want to file an FIR in Thana Murthal, Distt - Sonipat, Haryana - 131027 and take strict actions against that Medical Malpractitioner Dr. Rishi Sharma S/.

any complaint till today’s date because I was not aware of how to file an FIR online on Haryana Police website, however in order to my file my complaint I
have sent an email to spsnphry.nic.in, shomurthalmgmail.com, shomurthal-hrynic.in, cashelpdesk-hrynic.in, ncwnic.in, dcsnphry.nic.in, sonipatsdmgmail.com,
dhs.cssnphry.nic.in, It’s my humble request to help me in this situation. Hoping for your support.
