Greetings!

May I request permission to conduct a SCHOOL LAC sessions on July 26, August 2, 9
and 16, 2019 every 3:00 – 5:00 in the afternoon to be held at Pedro Sa. Baculio
Elementary School. Participants in this activity are teachers with an expected
number of 19 attendees charged to MOOE.

The objectives of the said LAC SESSION are the following:


1. To be able to engage teachers on doing action research.
2. To have an overview of Basic Research and Action Research.
3. To be able to discuss the phases of action research.

II. DESCRIPTION OF THE LAC SESSION & LEGAL BASIS


The Pedro Sa. Baculio Elementary School is committed on a child centered
educational system that caters the needs, priority of improvements and future
referrals and modification of school through research. As the department of
education mandates school to undertake educational research and studies based
on RA 9155, the Pedro Sa Baculio Elementary School recognizes the need for
evidenced based output. The LAC session on Action Research, Action Learning aims
to engage teachers in action research and walkthrough the process of making
action research.
III. OBJECTIVES
1. To be able to engage teachers on doing action research.

2. To have an overview of Basic Research and Action Research.

3. To be able to discuss the phases of action research.
