1. Opening Remarks

The meeting was opened by Mr. Melvin Chandra as a chairman of Glamta Jewelery
Project at 07:00 pm with estimated finish time at 07:30 pm. Affirmed that the meeting would
revolve about Glamta Jewelery.

2. Report from Marketing Department

Ms. Gita as Marketing explains about several types of categories in Glamta jewelry, at
Glamta jewelry is divided into several categories, so customer can buy according to their needs.
Ms. Gita also explain about SWOT analys in Glamta.

Decision to receive the report: Approved.

3. Report from Pricing and Product Department

Ms. Frianta from Pricing and Product Departement explained about the price class at
Glamta Jewelery, making it easier for us to group prices. Price class consists of beginner, lover,
and frequent.
Decision to receive the report : Approved.
 4. Report from Promotion Departement

Lia from Departement Promotion explained about the competitor of Glamta Jewelery, so that
the promotion section became very important. Lia explained several promotions that run on
Glamta which certainly could be more attractive than other competitors.

Notes : Lia must submit the results of the meeting to Finance and HR department
