    Q1. Could you tell us about your journey as RDIAS Student ?

    ANS. Well being from non commerce background and having no knowledge about real
    corporate world, RDIAS has given opportunities at single step to learn more about the
    professional world and also gave a chance to understand the true self. Well if I say about my
    journey then it has been rich with lot of learning and fun, I mean at RDIAS we just don’t learn
    we learn with fun well here at RDIAS they nurture the talent and every faculty make sure that
    student don’t just get good score but also understand the concepts and they could apply it to
    their real life or professional life. The life at RDIAS is full of activities well it helps students to
    learn more and more. I have take part in many events which I have never thought I might be able
    to participate such as anchoring in HR crystal ball 2018 held at RDIAS, participated in Fashion
    show and also won the Intra College project presentation on “Social responsibility of student
    towards their college”. And yes in these two years we have been to different corporate
    companies for industrial visit to know how real business world run. But finally journey come to
    its end with so much leanings and experiences that I never had before.

    Q2. Being HR major student, what suggestion would you like to give to upcoming aspiring
    students to make full utilisation of their 2 years at RDIAS ?

    ANS. HR is the field of manpower management were ever small thing counts where as little is
    much and much is little where it is the field of applied science and arts student must have the
    blend of soft and hard skills where they can be acquired by learning from books but that’s not
    enough. student must learn what the real HR world is looking in HR professional and that can be
    done by engaging yourself with corporate world by the means of internship project or by live
    projects and also keep on learn the new trends by reading research studies.

    Faculties at RDIAS are well equipped with knowledge that can help student to grow more.

    Q3. Challenges you have faced as being Non-Commerce and how you overcome them.

    ANS. Well I am a BHM (bachelor in Hotel management ) doing MBA itself was a challenge for
    me every subjects were new to me but RDIAS curriculum is designed in a way that help every
    student to overcome their challenges, the events they conduct help students to overcome their
    fare and to be honest ever faculty helped me to understand the subjects. Also corporate training
    program helps me allot in overcoming my challenges I faced.
