2. Planet and Nakshatra come together to form a pair of houses which fructify an event and quality of
which is signified by the sub lord.

3. Results will come to an individual during his MAP (Mahadasha, Antardasha and pratyantar dasha).

4. Every 12th house from a house destroys the signification of that house. For example 6th house is 12th
house from 7th house which is the prime house for marriage. However there is exception to this rule in
some cases.

What Makes you cry or suffer: Its 8th and 12th house only. However 8th house is mainly responsible as it
gives you pain, suffering, humiliation and many other things like this. 12th house gives you expenditure
and loss only, but when got connected to 8th house there will be major and drastic losses resulting in
pain and suffering. Therefore whenever someone comes to you, you need to see how the 8th and 12th
houses are active, mainly 8th.

Remedial Basis of 8th and 12th house:

Before entering into field of astrology, I used to visit an astrologer near my place but he is no more. I
always noticed that he used to advice people to visit hospitals court and police stations on frequent basis
and drink or having some food there. I always wonder why he used to say so.

After entering into field of astrology, I observed that an individual used to visit hospitals, court and police
stations especially when 8th house is operating in MAP. Logically if you are visiting these places when
houses related to these places are getting activated in MAP. If you are doing this intentionally then events
related to these places may bypass as you are already there where your planets wants you to be.
I have noticed that a doctor have all the combinations of a patient having the most serious diseases. If you
look at the chart of a hospitalized patient and a doctor, you will notice that both have 6th, 8th and 12th
house in operation in MAP. It clearly shows that god has finalized a destination for every individual and it
is fixed. But the way of reaching that point could be different based on the selection through your karma.
This is the point where an astrologer can create a difference in your life by telling you the right choice.

If you are already performing an activity related to a bad house, then the intensity of that house get
lowered. For example, if 8th house is activated during MAP, then doing astrology as a profession or
business is good for you. Also there will be lesser need of performing any remedy related to 8th house.
Same way if you are experiencing bad results of 12th house like loses, huge expenditure or isolation, then
you can positively utilize the energy of this house by start investing, getting involved in a business
involved in import or export and most important is doing charity.

Planets related to 8th and 12th house are like products whose GST you have to pay. Now you have two
options, either you pay your GST regularly or you have to pay it all of a sudden with a huge penalty.
Therefore it is advised in earlier time to do charity on regular basis. Some religions are advised to donate
10% percent of their earning in charitable work. If we look at this astrologically, we will notice that doing
this is an activity to satisfy your 12th house. So always perform charitable deeds so that you won’t get any
penalty for not paying natures GST.

6th house: Preparing for any competitive exams, start doing exercise on regular basis and visiting court
regularly.

8th house: Practicing astrology, working as an insurance agent, involved in any technical work, blood
donations on regular basis.

12th house: Meditation, going to shopping mall and spending there, long journeys to places where
environment changes, going to hospitals on regular basis and having food or spending some time there
and doing charity regularly.

Best Astrological Remedy to give immediate relief to an individual

Check the planet operating in Map. See the activation of 8th house in the nadi nakshatra script of the
planets. You need to perform the donation of the planets connected to 8th house. You need to perform
the donation very carefully when you already performing or utilizing the energy of 8th house in a positive
way. For example if your 8th house is connected with 10th house and you are already working as an
engineer, doctor, and astrologer or doing any technical work. In that case 8th house will not be doing any
harm to you.

However if two or more planets are getting connected to 8th house. In that case priority will be given to
those planets which are already placed in the 8th house. In case 8th house is empty, lord of 8th house will
be considered for performing donations.

Nadi Nakshatra Vastu
Vastu and astrology are being treated as two different sciences but in actual they are two sides of a same
coin. Whenever you are experiencing any problem due to bad combination in your chart. Same
combination will be experienced in your vastu also. I have experienced in many cases that whenever your
MAP is in operation. You used to bring more and more things related to the planet causing problems in
MAP. Also the directions related to these planets got affected due to some elemental imbalance.

Basic rule of Nadi Nakshatra Vastu:

First of all see the directions of planets operating in MAP.

1. Check which planet is responsible for your current situation.

2. Remove the articles or objects related to the problematic planet from the concerned zone in vastu.
3. Use remedies of those planets only which are well placed in your horoscope.
 4. See the most problematic planets in your horoscope which are connected to 8th and 12th house
(especially 8th). Remove the articles related to these planets from the directions related to bad
houses in your horoscope.
Exmaple to understand rule no. 4

If you are a Libra ascendant and you are running Mercury MD or AD and you are facing any particular
problem. You need to check and remove mercury related objects from North west and north section of
your home as Mercury might be having connection with 8th & 12th house.

This is my practical experience that whenever someone is in very damaging position in his/her life. I
observed that most of the people are doing exactly what they are not supposed to do. For example if
someone’s Rahu is active in MAP and it is not very well placed. You will see that person will use more and
more things related to Rahu like buying more and more gadgets watches, blue color clothes and other
things related to Rahu.

Planets also create their effects even in the food we eat. For example if Jupiter is not well placed in the
chart, then having yellow eatables in your daily meal may not be good for you. The reason is that the
planetary energy related to these food items may not work well for you.

Now days, most of the people are using vastu remedies to get the desired results. But before that one
should check whether the planet related to the remedy is well placed in your chart. One of my client
called me from Bangalore and said that he is not having work for a long time. I asked him what remedy he
has applied in his house. Very first remedy he told me was green landscape. My very next advise to him is
to remove that remedy. Reason was simple and straight, Mercury was offering the result of 12th house in
his horoscope. Therefore it is always necessary to consider your planetary position while using any vastu
remedy. Otherwise vastu remedy can bring havoc in your life.
Case Study 1: Not getting loans due to placement of white horses in North West & Boring in south east.
Birth Details: 14/11/1977 Time: 2:10 AM Place: Jalandhar
The native’s Moon is active in MAP. Moon remedy (White Horse) was applied in North West to get loans
for the new property he was planning to purchase. Every effort of his was getting loan become waste. I
advised him to remove the white horses and put them in a temple nearby.

I asked him whether he is having any moon article or water source in the south east section of the home.
He confirmed and said that boring is there in the south east section of the home. Very next week he got a
financial aid of 2lac from a bank. Few days back he called up and said, “Sir Plot ki registry ho gayi”. I
congratulated him and wish him luck for his future.

Remedy he performed as given to him.

1. Donation of objects related to ketu were suggested as ketu is representing 8th house in MAP.
2. Articles of Jupiter were also suggested for donation.
3. He was asked to remove the article of Moon (white horses) from the concerned zone.
4. South east boring was blocked by brass metal.
Case Study 2: Facing Financial Crunches due to kitchen in south East.
This person was running 7 years Mars Mahadasha from November 2010 to November 2017. During this
dasha he faced a lot of cash crunches and unexpected losses. Now Mars is the planet related to kitchen in
vastu as base element is fire. Kitchen is considered best in south east as it is believed that kitchen placed
here gives you good cash liquidity. But in this case nothing like this happened.

Now look at the placement of Mars in the horoscope. It is offering the result of 8th house and 12th house.
Now you can clearly see that south east direction is connected to his 12th house because of Aries Lagna.

Also there were red color tiles in South south west also creating the effect of 8th house by Mars. He was
under huge debt. , Due to this bad placement.

Remedy given to the native.

1. Donation of Mars related articles was performed.

2. He was asked to wear a opal or diamond in the ring finger.

Result is that the native is enjoying a debt free life today. However the work is not very good but
progressing at a good rate.

Logic is very clear from the above two cases. Whatever object or activity is placed in any zone of a house.
If the planet related to the activity or object is badly placed. It will harm the significations of the related
zone in vastu.
 Aspects in Astrology and Vastu

In astrology, an aspect is an angle the planets make to each other in the horoscope, also to
the ascendant, midheaven, descendant, lower midheaven, and other points of astrological interest.
Aspects are measured by the angular distance in degrees and minutes of ecliptic longitude between two
points, as viewed from Earth. According to astrological tradition, they indicate the timing of transitions
and developmental changes in the lives of people and affairs relative to the Earth.
 Positive Aspects
Conjunction

A conjunction is an angle of approximately 0-10°. An orb of approximately 10° is usually considered a

conjunction, however if neither the Sun nor Moon is involved, some consider the conjunction to have a
maximum distance of only about 0±08°. This is said to be the most powerful aspect, intensifying the
effects of the involved planets mutually — and being a major point in the chart.
Whether the union is to be regarded as "positive" or "negative" depends upon what planets are involved.
Trine

A trine is an angle of 120°, an orb of somewhere between 5° and 10° depending on the planets involved.
The trine relates to what is natural and indicates harmony and ease. The trine may involve talent or ability
which is innate. The trine has been traditionally assumed to be extremely beneficial. When involved in a
transit, the trine appears in situations that emerge a current or past situation in a natural way and are not
surprising.
Sextile

A sextile is an angle of 60°. A separation (orb) of 60° is considered a sextile. An orb between 3-4 is allowed
depending on the planets involved. The sextile has been traditionally said to be similar in influence to the
trine, but less intense.
Semi-sextile
A semi-sextile is an angle of 30° . An orb of 30±2° is allowed. It is the most often used of the minor aspects
perhaps for no other reason than it can be easily seen. It indicates constant interaction between the
planets involved. Any major aspect transit to a given planetary position will also involve the other planet
that is in semi-sextile aspect to it.

Negative Aspects

Opposition

An opposition is an angle of 180°. An orb of somewhere between 5° and 10°] is usually allowed depending
on the planets. Oppositions are said to be the second most powerful aspect. It resembles the conjunction
although the difference between them is that the opposition is fundamentally relational. Some say it is
prone to exaggeration as it is not unifying like the conjunction but has a dichotomous quality and an
externalizing effect. All important axes in astrology are essentially oppositions
Square

A square is an angle of 90°. An orb of somewhere between 5° is usually allowed depending on the planets
involved. As with the trine and the sextile, in the square, it is usually the outer or superior planet that has
an effect on the inner or inferior one. The square's energy is strong and usable but has a tension that
needs integration between 2 different areas of life, or offers a choice point where an important decision
needs to be made that involves an opportunity cost.

Semi-square
A semi-square is an angle of 45°. An orb of 45±2° is allowed. It is an important minor aspect and indicates
a stimulating or challenging energy like that of a square but less intense and more internal.
Example3: Not been able to understand how to get the work.
The following horoscope belongs to one of my student who attended my astro vastu workshop. While
doing the case studies, we took her horoscope and saw that mercury was hitting by an aspect of 180
degree to the tenth house (Karm Bhav). After a proper analysis I advised her to put green land scape
scenery in the North West section of the house. She called at home and advises someone to put that
remedy there. Within an hour she got a vastu related call from Mumbai.
 There are three methods for treatment in jyotish veda through Astro Vastu

1. Check the activation of 8th house in Planet, Nakshatra and sublord level in MAP. Do the astrological
upay by donating the article of the planet representing the 8th house.

2. See the problem giving planet in MAP. Check their placements in the respective zones representing the
negative house. Also remove the faulty planet from the concerned zones.

3. See the positive or negative aspect by planet to other planet and respective cusps Also check the
negative hit on the planet active in MAP. Remove the negative aspect by placing a remedy of the planet in
such a way that it creates a positive aspect to the planet or cusp.
