2. Write a historical recount of the school where you are currently teaching. For this purpose,
you can interview people who has knowledge of the school history; or, examine relevant
documents or artifacts for data to support your writing.

3. Read the following label carefully. What can you say about its social function, generic
structure, and language features?

4. Look around your school environment and find one sample of warnings, notices, and cautions.
Take a picture of the samples and explain the message contained in each of them.

appearances.
My Best Teacher Colleague
I have a best teacher colleague in my school. his name is Mr.Ridwin Purba.He is 57 years old.
He is tall, white and has brown eyes. He is very disciplined for all things, especially in learning.
He is a teacher who is very clever in material and in class mastery.

SMAN 1 PASARIBUTOBING 1st state school located in the

Pasaributobing sub-district, the name Pasaributobing is named after
the sub-district in Pasaributobing. Communities around the
Pasaributobing sub-district have long wanted the presence of a public
high school so that village children do not have to leave the village to
get to high school. Before being placed in Pasaributobing there were
many problems regarding land acquisition, some villages wanted this
school to be in their village but the land was not large enough. After a
few months this problem found its bright spot when the king had
Pasaributobing village giving 200x200 meters of land . after being
approved by the customary king, the construction of the
Pasaributobing High School was started. In 2014 new students were
accepted, because the school building was not ready so new students
in class X were forced to borrow the SMP N 1 building Pasbutobing
and learning began in the afternoon, the number of students in class X
in class I was only 45 people. but we teachers still give
encouragement to our students to keep up the spirit. After 1 year the
building of SMA N Pasaributobing was ready to be occupied by RKB
only 4. After the first batch graduated they tried to various PTNs and
were very grateful 2 alumni of SMA N 1 Pasaribtobing students were
accepted at UNIMED

Social Function of the label This label about Yogurt which the brand is Yoplair with
strawberry lemonade flavor in it. The label also tells the
Nutrition Facts and the ingredients of the yoghurt

Generic Structure - The name of the drink

- Net quantity
Language Features - Adjective phrase ( low fat yoghurt)
- Using numbers (weight of product)
- Using article a (percent daily values are based on a 2000
calorie diet)
Suggestions (Not a significant source of dietary fiber)

4. Go around your city or place and find out some kinds of warnings, notices, and
