Brief Note on Fee Portal Usage

There are four categories payers (Payer Type) who can pay through this module. They
are:

1. New Student
 This payment option is ONLY for students who are in first semester of any course.

2. Existing Student
 This payment option is for all the students across all departments who are NOT in first
semester. Students from semester II to semester VIII and all readmission courses can pay
using this option.

3. Employee/Alumni/Others
 As the name suggests, this option is open for all Employees of the University, all ex-
students who needs to pay the university. They need to simply select this option and fill
up the details. Just mention the fee type in the box ‘FEE PAID FOR’ and input the amount
you want to pay.
 This option can also be used by any regular student who cannot pay fee in full can use this
option pay their regular semester/ tution fee partially. Just mention the details like your
department, course & class for which fee is being paid in the box ‘FEE PAID FOR’ and input
the amount you want to pay.

4. Exceptional Case
 Fee for all the miscellaneous items like Late Fee, Penalty, Refund of advance, Migration
certificate, duplicate mark-sheet, etc can be paid from this option.
