Develop theories and measurement about the government competitiveness, especially for
Non-OECD countries
Researched on the various state policy issues in public administration: policy process
and diffusion, social equity, health regulation, etc.
Co-Instructor for the class of PAD 3003 and doing research on the various issues in
public policy and management
Diagnosed and improved the strategic performance management level for whole central
administrative institutions
Arranged the improvements of organizational culture for central ministries and
departments- project title: “Great work place”
Improved discovery system for corporate environment in Korean Government
