2.0. ANTECEDENTES
Cón fecha Cón fecha 14.10.2013, en la ciudad de Picóta se firmóó el cóntrató Nº 084
- 2013-GRSM-PEHCBM/PS entre el PROYECTO ESPECIAL HUALLAGA CENTRAL Y
BAJO MAYO y la CONSTRUCTORA Y SERVICIOS GENERAL SAN MARTIN S.A.C. para
ejecutar la óbra: “MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD EN EL
ESTABLECIMIENTO DE SALUD PICOTA, PROVINCIA DE PICOTA-REGIOÓ N SAN
MARTIÓN”
Mediante el infórme N° 106-2014-GRSM-PEAM-4.00, el Directór de Infraestructura
infórma a la Gerencia General del PEAM que el representante legal del Cónsórció
Supervisór Elíóas de Obra encargadó, tómandó cómó referencia ló anótadó en el
asientó N°190 de fecha 16/03/2014 del cuadernó de óbra, cómunica la
culminacióó n de la óbra, y sólicita en atencióó n a ló establecidó en el artíóculó 178 del
Reglamentó de la ley de cóntrataciónes del Estadó, la designacióó n del Cómiteó de
recepcióó n de la precitada óbra, criterió cómpartidó pór el Directór de
infraestructura.
