Job Guidelines:
A.Before Applying
Only online application submitted before the closing date will be accepted. Application form sent in any other
form will be rejected and shall not be considered.
Candidates must read the detailed 'Requirement/Eligibility Criteria' before filling up the online form. He/ She
must fill the form strictly according to the instructions.
Active Mobile number, email address and Skype id are mandatory for filling up the form.
Previously applied candidates for any positions in IndianOil LNG Private Limited, use different email id for
registration.
Please use different email address to apply for multiple positions.
PAN and Aadhaar numbers are mandatory fields in application form. If you don’t have PAN/Aadhaar number,
please enter Aadhaar Number as 111111111111 (12 digits) and PAN as XXXXXXXXXX (10 characters).
Please keep ready soft copy of i) A color passport size photograph in jpg or png format, ii) Resume in pdf or
word format, iii) Date of Birth certificate in pdf format - Date of Birth should visible clearly and iv) Essential
Qualification certificate (as mentioned in previous page) in pdf format - Overall % of marks obtained should
visible clearly. Note: Each file size should be equal or less than 2 MB.

B.During Applying
The online form has different sections. Please ensure that you have filled all the required field marked with *
before moving to next section.
Please use Save & Proceed Button to move forward to next section. It will save the details while moving to
another section.
You can move backward/forward for review and corrections if required before submitting the form.
If your submitted details does not match the specified requirements for the post, you will not be allowed to
proceed further.
Under EDUCATION DETAILS Section, your entered qualifications should cover Essential qualification (as
mentioned in previous page) and Essentials Qualification checkbox should be ticked. This checkbox should
be ticked only once under EDUCATION DETAILS Section and last ticked checkbox will be treated as
Essential qualification for the chosen position.
In case of Diploma is an essential qualification/qualification for the chosen position, first choose Qualification
as "Graduation" then choose Degree/Course as "Diploma" and proceed for further to fill the details as
instructed above.
In case of additional certification done which may be mandatory/preferable for the chosen position as per
eligibility criteria, fill under additional certificates. In case of mandatory certification for the chosen position,
please upload the certificate along with essential qualification.
Please ensure that correctness of details filled before submitting the Application Form, as once the form is
submitted there is no option to edit your application form.

C.After Submission
Upon successful submission of form, application form in pdf format will be created and sent to your
registered email id. Please quote the application reference ID for all your future correspondence.
