Hopefully, everything is in a healthy state and always

blazing the spirit of nationalism in the soul. My name is Rizqi Isnaini. I am 15 years old.
I currently study at the Vocational High School 2 (two) West Cikarang. In addition, I am
also active in English linguistic organizations.

First of all, let us praise and thank the presence of Allah Almighty, for the abundance of
grace and pleasure, we can still gather in this place in good health. Not forgetting the
shalawat and greetings we pour out to the Prophet Muhammad who has brought us out of
the dark ages to the era of bright light today, namely Islam. May we all get intercession
on the end, Aamiin. Furthermore, allow me to deliver my speech about Fourth Industrial
Revolution.

I am not sure all of you are familiar with the term Fourth Industrial Revolution before this
competition was held. The Fourth Industrial Revolution which is currently still and will
become an international world problem because it involves human survival.

We need to know together that Fourth Industrial Revolution will have a direct impact on
human life, including globalization, manufacturing processes, jobs, and education.
However, research from various countries revealed that the biggest threat from Fourth
Industrial Revolution is jobs, where challenges and opportunities will come together.

It is started with First Industrial Revolution. The First Industrial Revolution in the 18th
century was marked by the discovery of steam engines that used for the production of
goods. Work equipment that previously used human and animal power was eventually
replaced with the engine. This era resulted in environmental pollution due to smoke from
steam engines and other factory wastes.

Then The Second industrial revolution in the 20th century was marked by the discovery
of electric power. Muscle power that has been replaced by a steam engine, slowly begins
to be replaced again by electric power. Even so, there are still obstacles that hinder the
production process at the factory, it is transportation problems. So to assemble many cars,
it must be done by many people at the same time.
After the Third Industrial Revolution, humans no longer play an important role. After this
revolution, the industrial era slowly ended and the information era began. If the first
revolution was triggered by a steam engine, the second revolution was triggered by
transportation and electric power, this third revolution was triggered by machines that
could move and think automatically, namely computers and robots. Computers also began
to replace many humans as operators and production controllers.

Now we will enter the Fourth Industrial Revolution which is currently being discussed.
Fourth Industrial Revolution is a trend in the industrial world that combines automation
technology with cyber technology. In Fourth Industrial Revolution, manufacturing
technology has entered the trend of automation and data exchange. This trend has changed
many fields of human life, including economics, the world of work, even lifestyle.
Shortly, the Fourth Industrial Revolution instills intelligent technology that can connect
with various fields of human life.

For Indonesia, there is no other way except to correct weaknesses in basic education with
a curriculum that develops logic, language, and creativity. Even there is no guarantee that
all jobs will be maintained. Because automation and digitalization will eliminate some
types of work, such as cashiers at bank counters, long-distance marketers, or at least as
auditors turn into analysts.

Someone once said, "The preparation that we must have is very simple, that is, being
human again and making ourselves smarter than technology. Indonesia must be quick to
take advantage of the opportunities that exist before our eyes because the current formula
is no longer a big ones beat the small ones, but the quick ones that will beat the slow
ones."
