Executive Summary
In this project I am selling pickles which will be a sort of profitable income in this section I will
tell you about competitive analysis and existing system and there problems statements and
there problem solutions and my project plan.

1. Introduction
I am doing this business because of my FYP project. Pickles have been around for thousands of
years, dating as far back as 2030 BC when cucumbers from their native India were pickled in the
Tigris Valley. The word “pickle” comes from the Dutch pekel or northern German pókel,
meaning “salt” or “brine,” two very important components in the pickling process. I will make
pickels and sell them online and by many other means.

2. Existing System / Competitive Analysis

People mostly use National Pickle which have many chemicals. So I decided to make a
Homemade Pickle with pure ingredients. My pickle is more healthy because it has less oil and
good in taste most importantly it is homemade product so it is healthy.

3. Problem Statement
 There are many chemicals used in pickle we buy from shops.
 Pickles are so oily and many people did not like oily things.
 They are spicy and many people did not eat spicy things like in western countries.
4. Proposed Solution
Solution 1
By using less chemicals.
Solution 2
By making pickles less oily.
Solution 3
By putting less spices in them.

5 Project Plan

This plan will start eventually in starting of June. There will be no labor used in this business
because this is a homemade project.
