Now comes Plaintiff, Brett Kimberlin, pro se, and moves this Court to issue a

subpoena for production of documents in the possession of a non-party located in

Reston, Virginia. A copy of the subpoena is attached hereto.

1. Plaintiff has a lawsuit pending in the District of Maryland, Kimberlin v.

National Bloggers Club, etal, No. PWG 13 3059.

2. Plaintiff seeks documents from InterMarkets Inc., located in Reston, Virginia.

Wherefore, Plaintiff moves this Court to allow the issuance of the requested

subpoena.
