Materials
Skin color yarn (for instance Katia Capri - 154)
Blue yarn (for instance (Lana Grossa Cotone - 11)
Yellow yarn (for instance Phildar Phil Coton 3 - Citron 63)
Black yarn (for instance Phildar Phil Coton 3 - Noir 67)
White yarn (for instance Phildar Phil Coton 3 - Blanc 10)
Brown yarn (for instance Phildar Phil Coton 3 - Cuivre 72)
Fiber fill
Black felt
Thin black yarn (for instance Durable Embroidery- crochet cotton - 1001)

Head
(Use skin color yarn)
RND 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)
RND 2: 2 sc in each sc (12)
RND 3: 2 sc in each 2nd sc (18)
RND 4: 2 sc in each 3rd sc (24)
RND 5: 2 sc in each 4th sc (30)
RND 6: 2 sc in each 5th sc (36)
RND 7-10: 36 sc (36)
RND 11: 2 sc in the 10th, 14th, 18th, 22nd, 26th, 30th sc (42)
RND 12-15: 42 sc (42)
RND 16: dec over the 10th and 11th, 15th and 16th, 20th and 21st, 25th and

Fill the head. Tie-off with a sl.st.

Body
(Start with blue yarn)
RND 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)
RND 2: 2 sc in each sc (12)
RND 3: 2 sc in each 2nd sc (18)
RND 4: 2 sc in each 3rd sc (24)
RND 5: 24 sc (24)
(Switch to yellow yarn)
RND 6-10: 24 sc (24)
RND 11: dec over each 3rd and 4th sc (18)
Fill the body. Tie-off with a sl.st.
Feet (2x)
(Start with black yarn)
RND 1: 8 sc in magic ring (8)
RND 2: 2 sc in the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th sc (12)
RND 3: 12 sc (12)
(Switch to white yarn)
RND 4: dec over the 1st and 2nd, 3rd and 4th,
5th and 6th, 11th and 12th sc (8)
RND 5: 8 sc (8)
Fill the feet and keep filling until the last round.
(Switch to skin color yarn)
RND 6: 8 sc (8)
(Switch to blue yarn)
RND 7: 2 sc in each 4th sc in the front loops only (10)
RND 8: 10 sc (10)
Tie-off with a sl.st and leave enough yarn to sew the feet to the body.

Arms (2x)
(Start with skin color yarn)
RND 1: 8 sc in magic ring (8)
RND 2-3: 8 sc (8)
RND 4: dec over each 3rd and 4th sc (6)
RND 5: 6 sc (6)
Fill the arms and keep filling until the last
round.
RND 6: 2 sc in each 3rd sc (8)
(Switch to yellow yarn)
RND 7: 8 sc in the front loops only (8)
RND 8: 8 sc (8)
Tie-off with a sl.st and leave enough yarn to sew the arms to the body.
Hair back
(Use brown yarn)
RND 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)

RND 5: 2 sc in each 4th sc (30)

Hair front
(Use brown yarn)
RND 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)

RND 7-8: 18 sc (18)
RND 9: 2 sc in each 3rd sc (24)

Tie-off with a sl.st and leave enough yarn
to sew this part to the back of the hair.
Hair sides (2x)
(Use brown yarn)
RND 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)
RND 2: 2 sc in each sc (12)
RND 3: 2 sc in each 2nd sc (18)
RND 4: 2 sc in each 3rd sc (24)
RND 5-6: 24 sc (24)
Tie-off with a sl.st and leave enough yarn to
sew these parts to the back of the hair.

Putting all the parts together


Sew the head to the body.

Sew the feet to the body, somewhere at


round 7 (counted from above).

Sew the arms to the body, below the head.

Sew the hair front to the hair back.


Sew the side to the hair back.
Then sew the hair to the head.
After placing the hair it is difficult to count
the rounds of the head, so first decide the
position of the face.

Face
Cut 2 eyes out of black felt and paste these onto the head, somewhere at round
10 with 6 stitches between the eyes.

Black felt
Nose:
Attach skin color yarn to a needle. Go throug the bottom of round 12 and
return from the top of the same stitch. Repeat this until the nose is big
enough.

Embroider a mouth with thin black yarn to the head, somewhere at round 15.

Embroider 2 eyebrows with thin black yarn to the head, somewhere at round
9.
