I. Executive Summary
Choco drink or chocolate drink is another sweet
and refreshing beverage. This beverage is made of
chocolate powder, sugar and cubed iced then topped
with stick-o, marshmallow and chocolate syrup. Choco
Float or chocolate drink which aims to provide
customers with quality at reasonable and just price.
Our targets are students and young and old people,
Choco Float seeks to come up with products that will
distinct our competitors, a product that provide
satisfaction, quality taste and a new variety of Choco
Drink. Nowadays, juices and softdrinks has constantly
hovering in the taste of Filipinos, because Philippines
has always been a hot country that’s why they tend to
find refreshments that can satisfy their thirst, so we
have come up product and it is called “Choco Float”.
The sweetness within it can surely make a persons bad
and stressful day into a good and refreshing day.

The price of our product will depend on its size.
Small P10, Medium P15, Large P20. If you like to ad-ons
like stick-o, marshmallow and chocolate syrup you will
add 5 pesos. Though these drink were established and
prominent in the market, the main objective of our
product is to serve a sweet and a delicious Choco Float.
Coconut Macaroons are chewy cookie like sweets that
makes use of sweet shredded coconut. Macaroon is a
generic word to define any light and baked confection
usually presented as small cakes or meringue-like
cookies. There are many variations of this small dessert
from coconuts to almonds and meringues. The word
macaroon came from the Italian word maccarone or
maccherone which is derived from the word ammaccare,
meaning beat or crush. That definition pertains to the
almond paste which was used as the main ingredient of
the original macaroon recipe. Though all variations of
macaroon are so different to each other they all contain
sugar and eggs.

Choco Drink
1. In a cup put ice cube on it.
2. Pour the mixed choco in the cup
3. Add chocolate syrup and ad-on like marshmallow
and stick-o
4. Serve cold
Macaroons
1. In a mixing bowl measure the desiccated coconut
2. In another mixing bowl cream the butter, sugar and
eggs
3. In the mixing bowl where the desiccated coconut is
putted alternately put the condensed milk and the
creamed butter, sugar and eggs
4. After that put the desicated coconut into the
moulder
5. Bake it for 10-15 mins.
