THE IMPACT OF ICT TO US

ICT or Information Communication Technology is the infrastructure and components that enable
modern computing. It is used for economic, societal or interpersonal transactions it is also use in
communicating using mobile phones and can be use also for watching educational or any videos
through access of Network connection. The technology helped us in our education because this has
introduced the easiest way of learning and teaching for both students and the teachers. It has also
introduced us to know about modern discoveries and also historical things as well.

It also have a great impact in the context of our daily life because it improves our learning and it also
help us to communicate people from other country, and other places we could talk to our love ones
and friends anywhere anytime. It also help us find job, And also improves our life as a student
because we don’t need to go to the library just to make assignments or to get Information’s because
we can simply search it on Google with the use of our computers and even our smart phones. We can
easily search what we wanted to know about.

We can use internet everywhere search information’s or we can watch videos to get more ideas about
the topic that we want to research on. Now a days we use smart TVs in our school and other
educational field to discuss the work with the whole class and to the other people or company business
they use projector to project the information’s that they want to deliver. “Recent years, several
studies and reports have highlighted the opportunities and the potential benefits of information and
communication technologies (ICT) for improving the quality of education. ICT is viewed as a “major tool
for building knowledge societies” particularly, as a mechanism at the school education level that could
provide a way to rethink and redesign the educational systems and processes, thus leading to quality
education for all”.
ICT is continuously growing because of its beautiful effects to our lives because It gives us the easiest
way to communicate and find jobs. It’s important because ‘’we are now in the information age era’’.
With the help of ICT, the companies can make the business easier to happen. It also brings a lot of
advantages for economic development enabling millions or billions of transactions to happen in an
easy and fastest way. ‘’Information communications technology (ICT) has the power to transform
society. It plays a key role in each of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, providing the
infrastructure needed to achieve them. It also enables financial inclusion through m-commerce and
allows people to connect with millions instantaneously.’’

Science Technology Engineering Mathematics is my chosen professional track. It really help me in

doing my assignments and reports and even answering physics and other difficult subjects because
whenever I don’t really understand the lesson I could easily search it in google which give me ideas and
information. And it help me not to be behind in our lessons, and As a student ICT is indeed a great help
for learning. It helps access to information, fast and reliable researches. It develops accuracy through
correct spelling, vocabularies, and other language proficiency it really helps me widens my knowledge
as well.
