34 2 Vendor shall fill in all blank data whichever applicable
35 3 Materials to be selected based on 25 years lifetime. Grade of Material to be defined by VENDOR.
36 4 The value indicated is the maximum process requirement. The cooling water package to be designed with 10% margin
37 on flowrate for circulation pumps and make up water requirement. For area shall be sized based on governing scenario
38 between 10% on duty or 15% on required surface.
39 5 Vendor to propose and include Chemical Dosing System (as required by site conditions) in their bid
40 6 Vendor to calculate, guarantee and indicate the Cooling Water Circulation Rate, Make-Up Water Rate and Blowdown Rate
41 7 Vendor to guarantee the product quality as specified, capacity of the package unit including its turn-down and turn-up capacity,
42 maximum losses and make-up required for any solvent and other consumables (if any).
43 Vendor shall also indicate and guarantee amount of utility consumption.
44 8 All nozzle flanges shall be as per ASME B 16.5
45 9 The maximum value for the equipment noise limit (sound pressure level) shall be 85 dB(A) 1 m from the edge equipment.
46 10 Migas certificate to be provided. Vendor is responsible to provide all required document to obtain Migas approval.
