A. Review The teacher asks questions about the negative effects of smoking cigarette on
the health of an individual
B. Activity Motivation:
The teacher will show four pics one-word puzzle and let the students guess the
correct word.
Activity:
The teacher will group the students to 6. Each group will make a diagram on
the factors that influence students to drink alcohol. Each group will pick a
leader and the leader shall explain their output in front of the class.
Activity 1.1
The teacher will show a video presentation about the ill effects of alcohol to the
body.
Activity 1.2
The teacher will distribute fact sheets about alcoholism and let the students
read it for 10 minutes.
C. Analysis Based on what you have seen on the videos and red on the fact sheets, what
do you think is an alcohol?
What is an alcohol made of?
Do you think you can avoid alcohol? How?
D. Abstraction How does alcohol affect the body?
If a person started drinking alcohol at a young age what do you think are the
effects of alcohol to their body?
What do you think should be done in order to have a healthy body?
E. Application Group the students to 5. Each group will create a yell about the negative
impact of alcohol to the body. Their performance will be graded according to
the rubrics
