I- CONCEPTS OF TESTING AND ASSESSMENT

The testing and Assessment are two aspects in the field of education. Testing
is the administration of test and use of test results to determine whether the
learners can be promoted to the next grade level or pertain the same grade.
While Assessment refers to the collecting of the data based on the data
rubrics evaluation by using statistical techniques to arrive at valid results.
