A flex adhesive is applying on facade with splayed trowel. Subsequently, a flex adhesive is applying
on Brick Slab as well then pasting on the wall.
The empty gaps between brick slabs must be filled by joint filler then shaped with an appropriate
tool. The joint gap is suggested as 1 cm.

Brick Slab pallets must be transferred by wich or forklifts and storaged in closed area away from
water.
APPLICATION
Brick Slabs will be transferred in construction area.
The borders, lines and corners of Brick Slab wall must be determined then 1 cm joint gap must be
calculated between each brick slab.
The adhesive must be flex adhesive as strong and easy prepared which also used for Ceramic, marbe
and Brick.
The flex adhesive on plaster wall must spreaded with 8-10 mm splayed trowel.
Brick Slab will be implemented on the wall by the help of rope while calculating 1 cm joint gaps with
the same direction for vertical and horizontial.
The flex adhesive must be implemented on back side of brick slab before assembly.
After compliting brick assembly, 1 cm joint gaps will be filled with joint filler.
Joint filler should be a decorative, waterproof and resistant against temprature changes.
The mortar stains should be cleaned with a sponge after finishing application.
Bricks Slab surface cleaner is suggested in order to remove strong mortar stains.
After finishing all application process, please do not implement any other material on facade surface
like paint, varnish etc.
