REGISTRATION DURING 29-31 JUL, 2019

PROCESS FOR FEE PAYMENT BY STUDENTS PROMOTED TO II, III & IV YEAR WITH/WITHOUT BACKLOG
SUBJECTS

• Commencement of Classwork: 1st Aug,2018(Thursday).

• Fee Structure for the students admitted during 2016-17,2017-18 and 2018-19 is available in the
website of the institute.
• Institute fee payable is Tuition fee of Rs. 62,500/- and other fee of Rs. 5,800/-Total Rs. 68,300/-
• SC/ST/PWD students need to pay other fee of Rs. 5,800/- only.
• MEB (Whose total family income is less than Rs.1,00,000/- per annum) students need to pay other fee
of Rs. 5,800/- only and have to submit income certificate and declaration from parent. (Undertaking
form is available on institute website.)
• OEB (Whose total family income is more than Rs.1,00,000/- but less than Rs.5,00,000/- per annum)
students need to pay tuition fee of Rs. 20,833/- and other fee of Rs. 5,800/- total Rs. 26,633/- and have
to submit income certificate and declaration from parent. (Undertaking form is available on institute
website.)
• Hostel fee (Rs. 27,500/- per semester) is payable by all hostellers.
• All the day scholars during 2016 – 2017,2017-18 & 2018-19 also have to take fresh permission to
continue as day scholars
• Institute fee and hostel fee are to be paid separately through State Bank of India i-collect only.
• In case of e-challan, payment can be made at any branch of SBI.

• Students having dues of Institute fee and/or Hostel Fee will not be permitted to register.
• The institute fee and hostel fee can be paid from 23-07-2019.
• Last date for payment of institute fee, hostel fee and registration are 31-07-2019.
• Late fee for payment of fee and registration from 01-08-2019 to 07-08-2019
is Rs. 1000/- for institute fee and Rs. 1000/- for hostel fee.
• Only those students availing loans can pay through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director,
–NIT Andhra Pradesh”, payable at Tadepalligudem. Students can submit single DD towards institute
fee and hostel fee. DEMAND DRAFTS DRAWN ON BRANCHES OUT SIDE TADEPALLIGUDEM CANNOT BE
ACCEPTED.
• Students are not permitted to register after 07-08-2019.
