DECISION
ON PROMULGATION OF BUILDING REGULATION VOLUME II VOLUME III
MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree 15 / CP dated March 04, 1994 of the Government stipulating the functions,
tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 42 / CP dated July 16, 1996 of the Government promulgating the
Regulation on management of investment and construction and Decree No. 92/CP dated August
23, 1997 of the Government with respect o amendment and supplementation of a number of
articles of the Regulation on management of investment and construction promulgated together
with Decree No. 42 / CP dated 1July 16, 1996 of the Government;
Considering the demand of Planning and Construction management, at the proposal of the
Director of Construction Policy Department, Director of Science and Technology Department,
Director of State Authority for Construction Quality Inspection, Director of Architecture and
Planning management, Director of Department, Director of Architecture Study Institute;
DECIDES
Article 1: Promulgating together with this Decision the Building Regulation volume II volume III
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect on November 01, 1997 and apply nation-wide.
Article 3: Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental-affiliated agencies, People’s
Committee of central-affiliated provinces and cities shall be liable to execute this Decision.
