MANAGEMENT DIVISION
In the next couple of minutes, we are going to learn to organize our ideas in a
way which entertains and accepts the creative process of the conventional and
unconventional thinker.
The Logframe is a common matrix used mostly in project management. It details the horizontal progression of work, and
the vertical relationships of the outputs.
Using this tool, we can plot the “big picture” even if we’re missing a few details. We can treat this matrix like a “fill in the
box” game, and freely reorganize everything during the creative process.
Are there ingredients in the Mango Graham Shake that may increase belly fat?
Are there possible links between these ingredients and the increase of lipids?
Will overconsumption significantly cause an increase in belly fat?
Detailing the original problem as smaller questions allows us to directly address the
problem itself and look for possible answers.

With the given research problem and research questions, what should be the
objectives of this research?
These are statements that NEED to be TRUE for our objectives and hypothesis to be valid.
While the hypothesis can be disproven; having invalid assumptions means having invalid
objectives.
Once you’ve populated the first 6 columns, this is where we pause, and test the sanity of our
ideas. Does it make sense? Do all the parts fit in and fill in each other? Are you convinced that
this will make a good research?
