MONITORING AND EVALUATION REPORT

Division of City of Ilagan
May 2, 2019

A. Division Implementation and Supervision

The CID chief offered a warm welcome to the team, introducing once more
the CID family. EPSs and PDOs were very friendly and responsive with regards to the
questions and query raised with regards to the full implementation of curriculum in
the City of Ilagan. Documents were ready due to the surveillance of ISO.

Facilitating factors in the implementation of the CID Implementation Plan

were activities centered on the planned activities as reflected in their calendar of
activities.

B. Curriculum and Instruction ( Learners’ access to teachers with content mastery

and pedagogical skills, learning materials and learning resources)

Both instructional support for teacher effectiveness and efficiency and teacher
capability building were rated excellent. This is evident on the presented LAC
session report and submitted accomplishment reports by the district supervisors and
secondary school principals. On the other hand, registration forms on various
trainings were also presented to the body.

Very good rating or (4) was rated in their curriculum contextualization and
assessment of learning outcomes for providing MOVs such as contextualized
materials, DLPs and DLLs, LRMDS catalogue, ECD results, and A& E results.

C. Learners’ Access to Appropriate Learning Materials and Learning Resources

With the identified needs in the previous M and E, SDO City of Ilagan was able to
remedy the needs through reproduction cared of LRMDS, deliveries of other LMs
were already done.

D. Access to Different Special, Interest and Inclusion Programs and Support Activities
SDO Isabela is very much active in their involvement in offering special interest
programs and inclusion programs and support activities. Almost all programs are
offered in this division.

Expansion to various special interest programs were eyed by the EPSs to fully
implement inclusive education in their area assignments.
