Activity: I am…

I am most happy when: I’m learning new things/I’m I think I’m in a calm state/ I feel I have the
time in the world/ I am able to accomplish something then succeed.
I feel embarrassed when: I did something that is not acceptable to people/ I would wonder
around despite having a lot to do because/ I could not hold the promise I made.
I think negative thoughts about myself when: I had done something bad/ I made mistakes/ I see
myself unfit or useless/ People would bully me.
I am very shy and insecure when people would call me on stage or in front of the class.
I feel bad about myself when I misguided or misgave an advice for people/ I made mistakes
which I promised to my friend no to.
I think positively about my life and my future when I would feel myself satisfied with what I
have/ I carefully plan about my goals and future tasks
I am ready when I am sure about my abilities/ I am committed to my decisions/ I am certain or
sure
I feel disappointed about myself when I would realize that I’m procrastinating/ I forgot what to
do next/ My brain doesn’t allow me to think very well.
I think negatively about other people when I couldn’t tolerate their behavior/ they are not
thinking rationally/ they love intimidating other people/ I see that they are being abusive or superior to
others

Portfolio Output No. 15: Reflection on “Exploring Emotions” and “I am”
1. The emotions I have felt recently are excitement, proudness, and stressed
I became excited if I’m going to present in front of class or my classmate will give me something
I asked to buy, I got a high score in quiz or a teat, or if I am doing better in an activity than my
friends. And I feel stressed if I see that there are many requirement to do in just a day or that I
finished working out.
2. For me, I am somewhat aware of my emotions. I find time to control them and reflect on
them and use it to better understand how to react to thing appropriately. I am also able to
identify different emotions my friends show and that I am in control of myself to choose the
right emotions in certain situations. For example, if I am in a funeral, the best way to react is to
feel grief, sympathy, and sorrow just like other people would normally do or If I’m in birthday
party I would have to become filled with joy since birthday party is a joyful event.
3. I learned that IQ is not the only thing the makes a person smart, it also has be his/her EQ
(Emotional Intelligence). Being good in understanding emotions, whether be yourself or to
others, can make you as successful with people as your academics. You can reflect on these
lessons on improving your emotional development by acknowledging your capabilities on
emotional management and self-awareness, by being able to open yourself to others, and by
understanding what to do or not do to in emotional responses.

Afraid I become nervous or frightened and my brain would tell my brain would tell me to
run away.
Angry I would shout or try to avoid the one who got me angry in the first place.
Ashamed I would try to cover my face or hide myself to get noticed.
Confident I’m going to be very active and eager to do anything.
Confused I would find myself lost or puzzled and my brain would often ache.
Depressed I would become easily tired, and I will lost my will to do anything.
Embarrassed I would become silent since I would feel myself uncomfortable and awkward.
Energetic I can be able to do many things efficiently and I can think better.
Excited I would jump and move around all the time.
Glad I would sometimes take a deep breath and feel a sense of delight.
Jealous I would try to prove I’m better or do silly things to steal the attention.
Lonely I feel myself isolated or unloved and I would stay awake for a very long time.
Proud I would tell my friends how good I feel about myself.
Relaxed My brain would think properly and I feel my body cool down.
Stressed I can’t think properly and I would try to avoid the stress and make myself relax
instead.
