Who we are & what we do…
iSignShop was created in 2013 to meet the demands of our customers embellishment needs on

our 11x17 Inc. office products. We operate from a 220,000 square foot warehouse and office

space in Jacksonville, Texas. Our company employs over 30 individuals from diverse backgrounds

and demographics. iSignShop has hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in prin�ng, product

conversion, finishing, and logis�c equipment. We have expanded exponen�ally in both

manpower and equipment since 2013. All our investments and our commitment to our

customers have enabled us to excel in producing high quality printed apparel and marke�ng

products.

stocked with thousands of dollars of blank printable substrates ready for customers designs. We
have carefully selected distributors that meet our quality control standards and transit �me
needs. The distributors we have chosen, warehouse en�re catalogs and offer quick turnarounds,
including expedited services.

Who is 11x17 Inc. and iSignShop?

11x17 Inc. opened for business in 1994 as Lake Industries. Our founder and CEO, Jack Webb,
began with making office supplies for 11” x 17” paper storage. In 1997 Mr. Webb incorporated
as 11x17 Inc. They ini�ally sold products to engineering firms and construc�on companies. With
the con�nued support from his wife and two daughters 11x17.com became a full-�me business.
His two sons-in-law have since joined the business and oversee the day to day opera�ons. 11x17
Inc. is now a mul�-million dollar a year manufacturing company that ships worldwide.

iSignShop was born in 2013 as the demand for having our office products printed with custom
logos and insignias increased. The equipment used to produce the custom printed products is
the same as what is used in prin�ng poli�cal signs. From there we added screen prin�ng
equipment that would print on apparel and shirts. We quickly grew to become our local areas
number one source for printed t-shirts and jackets. Demand for custom embroidered apparel
and caps was brought to our a�en�on so we purchased a smaller industrial embroidery
machine. It was not long and our a�en�on to detail and quality cra�smanship made us the
largest embroidery business in the region. Demand warranted us purchasing a mul�-head
industrial embroidery machine where we could mass produce custom caps and apparel.
iSignShop is managed by Randy Wright. Randy has been with 11x17 Inc. for over 15 years. He
holds a cer�ficate in Graphic Design. iSignShop is also proud to have Harold Collier as its Screen-
Prin�ng produc�on manager. Harold has over 38 years’ experience in screen prin�ng and vinyl
graphics. Our embroidery and heat applica�on prin�ng room are operated by Ashley Wright, she
has over 4 years of experience in produc�on and embroidery. iSignShop also employs a full-�me
digital ar�st with an AAS in Visual Communica�ons, a 3-person prin�ng and produc�on crew,
and a 3-person shipping department.

Mee�ng expecta�ons

Embroidered Caps

iSignShop has mul�ple embroidery machines that enable us to efficiently produce high quality
products. We can produce on average 160 embroidered caps per day with our mul�-head
embroidery machine in only one 8-hour shi�. We run our equipment at less than typical
opera�ng speeds to achieve a higher quality print. Our equipment can print up to 15 colors on a
single design.

Screen Printing

We have mul�ple screen-prin�ng machines. We can screen print on average 750 shirts in 8
hours. We use industry standard plas�sol inks to achieve long-term quality prints. Our
equipment can print up 6 colors in one design.

Designing and Software

Our graphics designers use the Adobe Crea�ve Suite to create artwork and designs. We use
Wilcom Embroidery Studio e4 Designing to digi�ze and design for our embroidery needs.
