Article III. We would be obliged to buy 6million liters for 36 months with them. Is this correct?

Article IV. Please check the pricing conditions if these are acceptable to us

Article IV. (paragraph 2) – provision is too vague and one- sided; unioil may stop supplying if they believe
in good faith that SCIC has committed a material breach even if we have no outstanding obligation.

Article VII. Please review this regarding delivery of Unioil of products if these conditions are acceptable
to us.

Article IX – equipment loaned to SCIC: minor repairs for Unioil while major repairs for SCIC

Article XIII – Unioil’s delay in the delivery of the products will be excused due to force majeure, also if
there is a failure of their stock to reach their supply point, including diminution in quantities of products
received by unioil locally from its source ( basically anycause beyond the control of unioil). Are these
acceptable to us?

It is also stated here that Unioil expressly allows the buyer to purchase the product from other sources if
the “contingencies” happen. Did we agree with them that we will only buy the products with unioil?

Article XV – SCIC is liable for all permits for purchase, storage and handling of the products.
