Product Information: Boeson Trennwax® Flussig ELV PO MB is a release agent for baking
moulds, baking sheets and steel belts and is especially suitable for items with a high sugar and/or
albumen content. Boeson-Trennwax® ELV PO MB is, at room temperature, an anhydrous (water
free) yellowish, viscous release agent.

Method:

The product can be applied by hand using a cloth or brush, by spraying equipment or by belt greasing
machines. Optimum application temperatures are between 25-30°C. The product should be applied
very sparingly; an extremely fine/thin film of release agent is all that is required.

Notes:

• Store in temperatures of 15°C-25°C - cool and dry hygienic conditions

• If stored at temperatures of less than 20°C for an extended length of time, the product may
show signs of solidifying as the oil in the product starts to crystallise. This can be reversed by
gently warming the Boeson-Trennwax. Its performance will not be affected.
• Iodine Value (using the Hanus method): 52-62
• Peroxide Value (Using the Wheeler method): less than 3
• Viscosity: 110-160mPas (milliPascals) at 250C
