& contracts of employment and ensuring that the new starter documentation completes before joining.
Preparing Personal Files of Employees. Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly M.I.S., Performance Appraisal,
Compensation, Time office management, Training& Development…….ETC.

 Recruitment – Posting advertisement, Scrutinizing applications, Telephonic Interviews, Scheduling written

 Performance Appraisal – Yearly evaluation of Performance of every employee. Rating employee with
Concerned HOD or Superior, Study of Past disciplinary, attendance and performance records of employees.
Evaluation of actual productivity v/s Expected productivity of employees. To find out additional potentials to
take more responsibilities. Identifying training needs.

 Exit Interviews & Full and Final Settlements – Conducting Exit Interviews of resigned employees.
Identifying facts and reasons for resignation. Calculation of full and final settlement, Notice pay calculation,
Benefit surrender, Issue of Relieving letters and Experience certificates.

 Employee records maintenance system – Updating and maintaining separate files of each employee in the
company. Documentation and filing of all records in HR department.

 Training & Development – Induction Programme for new employees, Conducting Industrial Safety In-house
Training Programme, Coordinating External Training Programme, Training Need Identification. Verification
of effectiveness of training conducted, Updating Training Calendar.

 Salary and Wage Administration – Handling entire salary and Wage Administration for Approx
600 employees. Collection of Attendance reports from the office, Deduction details from accounts,
generating payroll every month.

 Others – Issue I-cards, Handling & co-ordination Events & Training programmes. Routine HR
related works, CSR activities and HRMS.
 General Administration – Handled Purchases of stationary requisitions, quotations, purchase
orders and Store functions to provide stationary to the respective department.
