FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A PROPOSED SCHOOL (SMART LEARNING ACADEMY OF

QUEZON CITY, INC.)


OBJECTIVE AND GOALSOF THE PROPOSED SCHOOL

Barangay Holy Spirit is one of the most populated and fast growing Barangay in Quezon
City, which like other areas in Metro Manila is beset with many like unemployment, poverty,
lack of educational institution, crowded public schools, high tuition fee in other private schools
and many others. This is the very reason why Ms. Cynthia D. de Castro has been challenged to
establish an institution with quality and affordable education that will cate the fortunate
children in Brgy. Holy Spirit and the neighboring areas.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. To offer and operate Preschool and Grades 1 to 3 courses.


2. To provide and apply modern trends of teaching for world class quality education
focuses on k to 12 basis education curriculum.
3. To become a model school with an effective delivery system of education and capable
of producing, globally competitive, upright and committed professional guided by
genuine love of God.
4. To provide learners equal success to excellent basis education and lifelong learning
through technologically driven, value-laden and fully engaged institution necessary for
their effective participation in a business and fast-charging society.

VARIABILITY OF THE COURSE IN TERMS OF:

A. Demand of Clients

Although Barangay Holy Spirit has no many private schools aside from public schools
therein but still these schools cannot accommodate the overflowing enrollees in the area
hence the President and Chairman of the proposed school has been inspired and
challenged to establish SMART LEARNING ACADEMY OF QUEZON CITY, INC. to cater
students who are financially burdened to study in exclusive schools in Quezon City.

It is also a clamor of the parents in the barangay to put up an institution in quality


education but affordable tuition fees.

B. Prospective Students
Children along Holy Spirit street together with the parents who want to enroll their
children under the new trends and innovative learning approaches.

PREPARATIONS TIME FRAME
1. At least one year of working out for the issuance of government permit to offer and
operates courses of study.
2. At least six months for the construction of school building and procurement of
school facilities.
3. At least six months for promotions and advertisements of the proposed courses.

REQUIREMENTS

a. Application for building permit.


b. Application for government recognition to offer basic education courses.
c. Screening and hiring of teaching and non-teaching personnel.
d. Procurement of facility equipment.
