According to the graph by the time the number of smokers between men and women were decreased.

At first , in 1960 the rate of male smoker was higher than of females , 600 males out of 1000 and the
rate of females smoker less than 100 in this year.

After five years , in 1965 , the percentage of women smokers decreased , 200 females out of 1000 but
the percentage of men less than 600, it was decreased .

In the other hand , from 1970 to 1985 the percentage of females dramatically decreased , over 300
percent out of 1000 . however the percentage of men were 400 percent .

Finally , in 2000 , the percentage of males and females reached at the same rate, the male smoker rate
was gradually decline in the ratio of male smoker, it was less than 300 males out of 1000.
