TSS 41 and 101 Stair Connections

TSS 41 and TSS 101 is designed to connect prefab repos element with stairwell walls. The unit consists
of double, extendable, rectangular steel tubes. When the inner tube is extended it will creat a supporting
connection with the wall.

TSS 101 combined with a vertical rubber flange the step sound will reduce up to 12 dB

TSS 102 Stair Connections

TSS 102 has the same capacity as TSS 101 but is fitted with rubber between the inner and outer tube.
This is for sound reduction. TSS 102 is also supplied with a vertical rubber flenge, to ensure attenuation
after mortar seal and fire protection is added. TSS 102 reduces impact noise up to 25 dB. To ensure
impact sound reduction must not mortar grouting get outside the rubber flenge.

TSS 20 FA Stair Connections

TSS 20 FA connecting staircase with repo. A threaded hole and a bolt provides variable height adjust-
ment during installation.

RVK 101 Stair Connections

RVK 101 have the same capacity and usages as TSS 41 and 101.
The inner tube is exended out through the tray at the top of the outer tube. Holes in repo after the
extension must teemed on site
6 TSS/RVK CONNECTIONS

Very good in earthquake areas

In 2013 and 2014 was TSS tested in a earthquake simula-

tor. The test concluded that TSS fits especially well in areas
prone to earthquakes. You can read more about the report
in Memo 62 at our website:
