Work Mechanism:
Milled dry grain with 13,5 - 14,5% water content enter the stripping chamber through entry funnel. Then
it will be stripped when it passes through a gap between two 6" x 8,75" rubber roll that spin in a different
direction and speed.
Next, a mix of brown rice + grain with +/- 95% brown rice and +/- 5% grain ratio after passing through
aspirator chamber (to be cleaned from its outer skin), it then entering a whitening chamber (polish) to be
whitened to a desirable degree.
To adjust a desirable whiteness, it can be done easily by shifting the weigh pendulum to its end: whiteness
degree increased, while shifting it to the other direction to its base: whiteness degree decreased.

Work Mechanism:
Milled dry grain with 13,5 - 14,5% water content poured over entry funnel (Intake Hopper), then raised
by elevator to paddy husker stripping machine that uses 6"x8,75" sized rubber roll. Ideal stripping ratio
from husk stripping machine: 90-95% grain has been stripped, while 5-10% are unstripped. Next, the
brown rice + grain raised by elevator to a separator machine that uses five layered sifter-tray to separate
the grain.
The result of separator machine: grain goes back to husk stripping machine, the mix of brown rice +
grain goes back to separator machine, and brown rice goes into whitener machine (polish) to erode its
epidermis layer to the desired degree, by adjusting the weigh pendulum position.
The rice that comes out from the whitener machine (polish) poured over and spread evenly on top of
the sifter machine surface to separate from its broken grain. While the whole rice grain heading out to
exit to be collected.
