 Introduction
Hello and welcome to The Prologue. The
intentions of this book is to bring little parts of
our philosophy under one cover that I feel are
aspects that would do well being somewhere for
quick recall and inspiration when it’s required.
Personally I hate having to flick through books
when I’m looking for a certain piece of text,
and it can be quite frustrating when you simply
can’t find it, and you end up dog-earing or
creasing the book in the process which only
intensifies your annoyance.

This book is here to be kept in car glove boxes,

handbags even back pockets to carry around
with you to give you something to pick up and
flick through if you need that little drive, that
little spark of inspiration in your day. I know
some days (especially Monday mornings) a
little inspirational quote can go a long way to
improving your outlook for the rest of the day.

For individuals who are already well versed in

our philosophy, this book will be a handy little
resource bringing the Guidelines, Systematic
tenets and the averments under one cover, along
with a list of the concepts with the page
numbers and what book in the collection it can

be found in. For those new to our system, or
those who are curious, its intentions is to show
little parts of our system, brief overviews of the
concepts, hopefully giving you enough to go
and do some more research and truly excel the
self though our concepts.

To make this book even more unique, at the end

you will find four blank pages with the heading
“notes” this is space for your own mindfood.
Fill those pages with your own quotes, your
own little sparks of inspiration that you can go
back to and use to aid the self when you have
the need, then just like our system with no two
individual’s paradigm being the same, no
copies of this book will be the same.

So to end this introduction, I hope you find this

short publication useful and it fulfils its
intentions of being that handy little resource for
you to use at will, and to you who are new to
our philosophy, I hope it inspires you to really
go and take a deep look at the self and utilise
our concepts and create the perfect paradigm
for you, and maybe even become an affiliated
member of the Church of Rational Satanism.

"Satan reigns to reason, and the power of the
inner"

Rational Satanism is one of the most adaptable

and progressive philosophical systems out there
that all can connect to.

Rational Satanism holds on to logic and

rationality, being able to see past delusional
doctrines and religious propaganda and harness
the “self” to our personal advantage. We do not
deny humanity’s need for gods, but we keep it
rational and internalize one instead of
worshiping an external being.

The doctrine of Rational Satanism can be

divided into many unique concepts belonging to
this organisation. The cornerstone concept of
the philosophy is what we term, 90% 10%
Thinking, the 90% is the natural pragmatism
that reigns and represents the Rational Satanists
way of life, and the 10% which is set aside for
Ritualistic means and actions that hold no
practical applicability in the 90% of your

everyday life. Only during intellectual
decompression will actions in the 10% serve
any purpose during the acting of your personal
or group psychodramas. This is a defining point
for the Rational Satanist, without fantasy there
would be no reality, but we use both to our
personal advantage, by simply leaving the
fantasy in the 10% locked in the ritual chamber.
This allows for the study of a more
metaphysical nature, if that’s something that
gives you personal gratification, but the
Rational Satanist understands it is complete
fantasy and does not fall into the trap of making
it reality and living a lie. Writings from the
occult and religious genre will always fall into
the “what if” category, we can’t prove what is
written, and we can’t dismiss it either, but what
we can exercise is our common sense. The 90%
10% is simply the base fraction of the concept,
depending whether your personal outlook
verges on objectivity or subjectivity, the
fraction simply changes through a paradigm
shift to a fraction that suits your system. You
can find an explanation of this concept in the
second of our books, followed by a greater
explanation of its adaptability in the third book
in the collection.

This concept is now combined with more

concepts unique to this organisation called
Satanic Mnemonics, S-Theory and S.A.T.A.N.

These three concepts have been injected into
the core of our philosophy to provide the
individual with a limitless form of self-
exploration, by providing a pragmatic way to
draw information from various sources to create
your system towards an individual model
dependent reality and make Satan an even more
personal part of the self. These concepts can be
found in the third, fourth and fifth books in the
Rational Satanism collection.

Within the confines of this house of the worthy,

there will be no hierarchy, as improvement of
the self has no boundaries. What we do offer is
an internal hierarchical system that belongs
only to the individual and provides a personal
ladder that you climb at a rate you are comfy
with as you build your system; this is called the
8 Satanic cognitive realms.

Critical thinking is the key to success, and the

knowledge you can attain from members who
have much experience within Satanic and
occult communities will give you a valuable
tool. You will also have the option to become
an affiliated member and get more involved in
the organization, take part in our philosopher’s
accreditation course or even start your own
chapter. Individuality is the key within
Satanism, so joining the Church of Rational
Satanism is not conformity; it’s simply being

part of a representation of what you believe.
And as you learn how our concepts work you
will see that conformity is impossible, you
don’t conform to the system, the system
conforms to you.

We are Rational Satanists; we know what it

means to be truly enlightened in par with our
true worldly views that can be backed up with
reason, science, logic and cold hard facts.

 What is a Rational
Satanist

What is a Rational Satanist? That is a question

that there are no generic answers to. The
systematic progression involved in the
paradigm renders no two systems ever being
identical; each Rational Satanist you ask that
question to will always give different points of
views pertaining to their system. This may
seem confusing to someone new to the path,
someone who is looking for solid answers to
exactly what the system involves, or how it
could ultimately benefit them. To help to
answer this question I will cover some of the
foundations that appear in the Rational
Satanism paradigm that the Rational Satanist
will be using to craft their system and excel the
self to the best it can be.

The Rational Satanist is on a constant drive to

betterment by using logic and rationality to
champion the self while ascending to the
internal godhead that’s contained within us all.
Be it Satan or any other figure the archetype
takes, it’s what resonates with you that’s
important. We are adversaries against anything
that stifles progression through conformity,

which is sadly also evident in the Satanic
community with many organisations claiming
to be the one generic system. The foundations
of the paradigm make the Rational Satanist
flourish with adaptability so the individual will
never lose the self to the system, there will
never be a set way to design your path it will
always be your way

To help craft the Rational Satanist, we have

unique concepts designed for individual
interpretation and complete flexibility. The
90% 10% Thinking concept is a unique system
that the Rational Satanist uses to adapt the
system with their personal outlook. That
concept utilizes rational thoughts and logical
reasoning in the higher portion of the
denominating fraction that is our daily usage,
the percentage we must use daily to gain the
upper hand through heightened perception that
comes from our system. The smaller
denominating fraction is room left for
metaphysical endeavours or things that we can’t
simply explain, it won’t have any usage to the
Rational Satanist, but dependent on the
individuals personal outlook it may warrant
further investigation, and that investigation may
even filter through the faucets to the higher
percentage acquiring some pragmatic usage.
90% 10% is simply the foundational base
fraction for the Rational Satanist, individually

dependent, the fraction can shift with the
individuals thought process depending on how
they craft their system and the amount of
metaphysical endeavours they indulge in, it
may be 70% 30% or 60% 40%, it’s a moveable
fraction that belongs solely with the individual.

You saw me mention investigation above, and

in the rational satanic paradigm we have the S-
theory concept that is the pragmatic system of
creating theories and investigation from various
sources, this concept is a fourth side perception
pertaining to the system that allows the
individual to craft a model dependent reality,
removing any chances of cognitive dissonance
and excelling the self. These concepts are all
outlined in the Rational Satanism collection of
publications.

The Rational Satanist has many more concepts

in their paradigm that they utilize to help them
grow uniquely ranging from a mnemonic
system to aid the cognitive process, the s-type
personality traits that you will discover and the
8 Satanic cognitive realms of internal hierarchy
that provides a pragmatic growth system that
moves with the individual, all designed to make
the Rational Satanist a unique individual.

You may have noticed my usage of a word

more than a few times in this piece, that word

being unique, that’s what the Rational Satanist
is, unique. It would be irrational to be a
Rational Satanist then conform to a system,
that’s why the Rational Satanist doesn’t
conform to a system; the system conforms to
the individual.

If we now go back to the original question,

what is a Rational Satanist, the answer is a
unique individual, they have crafted a unique
system from the Rational Satanic paradigm that
is not like any other, the paradigm simply
provides the foundation; the Rational Satanist
has to build it themselves.

Create and excel your system from the solid
foundations contained in the adaptable Rational
Satanism philosophy. No matter what your
ideological outlook is on your Satanic path, the
concepts in the system adjust to your way of
thinking, providing a limitless form of self-
exploration. Below is a very brief overview of
the main ones in the paradigm

90%/10% Thinking
90% 10% thinking is the adjustable thinking
fraction that provides a way to utilize objective
and subjective ventures to a pragmatic
advantage that will excel your system. The
denominating fraction adjusts to your paradigm
as you create your system and combines tightly
with the S-theory concept allowing a more fluid
approach to things that resonate with the
individual.

Satanic Mnemonics
Satanic mnemonics is the memory system
designed to improve the cognitive process by

linking philosophical concepts to a number.
This system contains 9 elements that the
Rational Satanist can use in their paradigm to
deal with certain situations, as well as providing
useful philosophical tools that will easily be
recalled from memory by remembering the
attached number. This system also includes the
8 Satanic cognitive realms that is the personal
hierarchal system used to grow your system at a
rate you are comfy with, the nine element title

S-theory (Satanic Theory)

S-Theory is an adaptable addition to the
Rational Satanism philosophy by creating a
fourth side perception and injecting a model
dependent reality into the heart of your system.
It’s a melting pot of science, psychology and
philosophy all pulled together to create a

pragmatic form of theorising and investigation
to all mind sets walking the Satanic path.

The creation of a model dependent reality

removes the “what if” and “could be” aspects
from the thought process by creating an
overlapping theory system that allows
information from various sources to link tightly
together with other theories and facts that make
up the model of reality that you live by,
therefore giving the individual a solid limitless
form of investigation and results that will excel
the self by strengthening your system through
your overlapping conclusions. This concept
links tightly with the 90% 10% thinking
concept allowing for the natural paradigm shift
to accompany your MDR.

The S-Theory concept is also used for the

creation of a physical MDR that allows for
strengthening of body and mind as you continue
to grow all aspects of the self.

S.A.T.A.N
The S.A.T.A.N. concept brings Satan back to
the forefront of the system, making him as
personal as ever with the next step of self-
evolution through a hook system designed to
strengthen the foundations of the system with

the ability to transcend the archetype, and even
become the archetype as you will be building
your own Satan, making him a complete
representation of self. Similar to the number
mnemonic system, this mnemonic system uses
letters to create a personal version of Satan with
attributes that you add to each letter on top of
the same hooks provided in the inspirational
S.A.T.A.N in the foundations of the concept
explained in the book.

1 – With the internet readily available, logically
give your opinions, if you don’t then great
minds won’t be heard

2 – Pick your associations wisely; if someone

wants to hear your troubles be wary of their
intentions.

3 – Attacking those who annoy you with words

can do more damage than a physical beating;
Emotional pain can be felt much longer.

4 – Today the mating signal is not enough to

base your reasoning for sexual advances on,
evaluate the situation carefully.

5 – Understand that with Magic action not

merely gesture is required.

6 – Satanism is not a cliché so don’t live one.

7- Don’t be overly arrogant, this is simply

counterproductive and can lose you more
respect than you can gain

 The Systematic tenets of
Rational Satanism
The seven systematic tenets of Rational
Satanism are not like the usual tenets you find
in Satanic literature. These are not here as
guidelines for pragmatic advancement of your
life, they are not rules or ways of behaving.
These tenets are the first in Satanic literature
that are systematic and apply to the
understanding of the system itself. The
intention of this list is to summarise the key
factors needed to excel the application of the
system in to your personal ideology. These
seven tenets are the main points of Rational
Satanism that need adhering to for the
systematic process to take its natural course and
excel the self in all aspects. Have an
understanding of this list and your system will
flourish without little effort required.

Rational Satanism

1 - Rational Satanism is simply the

philosophical foundations that you have to
build on yourself

2 - Rational Satanism has transcended past the

days of only using Satan as the archetype,
choose whatever mythological being or figure
best represents you.

3 - Have the comprehension that it’s the

objective fraction of the 90% 10% Thinking
concept that we live our daily lives by; the
subjective fraction only belongs to you.

4 - Have an understanding that the 8 Cognitive

realms of internal hierarchy in Rational
Satanism are yours to own and provide a
pragmatic ladder of personal growth; it’s not
used as posturing.

5 - Understand that with the adaptable nature of

Rational Satanism, your denominating thinking

6 - S-theory must be used in conjunction with

using your objectivity from your model

investigate those events and find any usages
that can be added to your model dependent
reality.

Faith is no more than making a virtue without
thinking, where trust is making a virtue from
observed thinking from a thought that is your
own.

Rational Pragmatic Satanism, now there are

three words that go together like birds of a
feather. We are logical and sound of mind, only
judging theories from realistic, practical
consequences, and don’t really give a fuck
anyway…. perfection.

From a rational point of view of internalising

gods so we are our own, it is apparent that
followers of Polytheism must be schizophrenic.

God as a ‘being’ or a ‘concept’? The answer is

in three letters from each of these two words,
take the first, third and the fifth letter from
being and the first three letters from concept
and you have your answer… BIG CON.

Confidence comes from within, if you’re only

confident from possessing external,
materialistic things, then you’re slipping into
insecurity.

I can almost guarantee when they stop
producing Warcraft you will see a sudden
decline in new magical concepts.

Lots of people will claim to hold a vast amount

of knowledge, but how much of it could
actually be called useful?

How can anyone ever say you’re doing

Satanism wrong? It’s a path of individuality so
in effect if they say you’re doing it wrong
you’re doing it right, as you’re doing it your
own way.

Sometimes the best to retaliate is not to get

even, but to get smart.

There is a thin line between having a rational

reason for doing something, and having excuses
so it seems you need to do it.

To be methodical or pedantic during ritualistic

magic will serve no aims other than your
competency to conform to habitual traits, not
very Satanic.

If someone calls you selfish, is it not the one
making the statement who is actually the selfish
one; whatever action you have done to appear
this way, it is selfish of the other person to deny
you your happiness.

Enochian is said to be the language of angels

and they are right; man created angels so it’s
only right that man creates their language too.

If you really think about it, the Satanist has

nothing to gain getting into a debate with the
righteous, as rationally, how can you debate
your realistic facts and points against a fantasy
concept in the mind of a deluded member of the
herd? Use what you know to simply put subtle
suggestions in their minds to make them think,
it’s a lot more effective.

The best time to see if a mutual responsible to

the responsible is truly that is when the other
party comes into money.

If anyone asks what Satanism is to you, the

simple reply is “Satanism is me”. What else can
your answer be, after all, you are Satan.

If Mother Nature is here to nurture our planet
then why do we have baron deserts and third
world countries where no crops grow because
of drought? That’s not very nurturing now is it.

There is a difference in believing in something,

and being a slave to it.

Spiritual Satanists who replace the term

spiritual with independent need to understand
that a changing a word doesn’t make it any less
ludicrous.

Some Satanists need to realise that the Tarot is

not real, but can be a very useful lie.

Man’s mind is the greatest magical tool of all;

not only does it hold our knowledge; it’s our
means of survival, as self-preservation IS the
highest law.

Spirituality is merely a subjective experience to

the individual where subjective endeavors are
preferred over objective ones.

Ok, so if it’s so easy to kill someone magically
like the traditional Satanists say, then why the
hell am I still here, I’ve pissed enough of them
off! Sounds like a traditional lie.

Of all the pictures and films I’ve seen of Adam

and Eve, only their lower regions covered with
leaves, don’t you think it’s strange you never
see Adam with an erection when there is a
nearly naked woman with him?

Satanists are no longer the beasts of the field;

we are the beasts within a concrete jungle.

You get vampire lovers who will say vampirism

is an illness, they are right; it’s an illness of
their minds.

Personally, I will always prefer objectivity over

subjectivity, after all seeing is believing.

Isn’t it strange how groups and organizations

call themselves secret societies, when they are
actually known? Maybe ‘wannabe secret
society’ is more befitting.

What is the number of the beast, 666, 616?
There are so many varying combinations of
this. So when people ask me this question what
would my answer be? Look at the way we view
Satan; we take his name as part of ourselves,
and see him as an external embodiment to aid
us in our own idolization. We are the opposers
and the adversaries. This makes us the beast, so
my answer for the number of the beast would
be my own date of birth.

No matter what the parasites on this planet say

or do, they only matter to you if you let them.
They want to create issues and get a response,
so sometimes the best way of dealing with these
insects is to do nothing.

What one person says can only be damaging by

the way it is interpreted. Anything that is said
or written can be twisted and misunderstood,
sometimes for the better, but sadly, sometimes
for the worse.

A sense of humor is severely lacking within

Satanism at the moment, and what makes it
even worse is that some Satanists actually
believe that being an arrogant dick with an
oversized ego is actually amusing.

Has anyone wondered if the man who created
‘God’ was dyslexic, and the fictional creator of
the universe is actually a ‘Dog, most probably a
St Bernard.

The God fearing man isn’t afraid of some

omnipotent being, he’s afraid of life.

People should realise that Satanists adhere to

the NMFP policy - Not My Fucking Problem.

The pineal gland is NOT an eye of any sort! It’s

medical ignorance that's turned it into an object
of mystical attributions.

Those who air their dirty laundry in public just

want someone else to clean it for them.

The Satanist realises that revenge is a dish best

served cold, and understands that revenge given
to us while warm gives us the upper hand.
Time, event, and circumstance.

There is no equilibrium in life, we have

existence and that's all we share.

We must truly understand ourselves before we
can be truly emancipated, and we must be
aware that social structures are nothing more
than nonexistent restraints.

The easiest way to legally commit fraud is to

become a psychic or healer.

A more accurate term for Satanic magic is

Satanic mentalism.

Revenge to the Satanist is just like a gun; you

load your ammo but wait till you know your
shot’s going to hit the target before firing.

Psychics who claim ability but have to defend

those claims obviously know, like the rest of us,
that they are fake.

There are two sides to every story and you will

find neither of them is completely correct.

For a Satanist to jump to conclusions shows

they have not mastered the ability of reason.

To be anti-righteous is not being racist; it’s the
dogma we oppose, not skin colour.

For a Satanist to think they are always right

means they have lost the important element of
doubt.

Looking at spirituality, and words associated

with fraud, they all seem to slot together nicely;
scam, con, swindle, extortion, sham, double-
cross, hoax, cheat, ploy, ruse, hoodwink,
confidence trick, think I’m going to rename it
‘Swindleality’

Some Satanists fail to realise Satanism is a life-

loving philosophy, and following the
counterproductive cliché clearly shows that
they fail to understand the core concepts of the
philosophy. Life is productive! Whatever
happened to pragmatism; instead through their
actions they cause themselves problems, which
leads them to dislike life, completely un-
Satanic.

It is now the 21st century; Satanism, free

thinking and rational thoughts have evolved, so

why do people still find comfort living the
stereotype? Satanism is not dark, it’s not bad,
we don’t have to use and like pictures of goats
and anything demonic, and we don’t have to
say ‘hail’ all the time. What makes us special is
being supernormal, and the cliché isn’t very
individual.

We can’t deny that humans need faith in

something and what Rational Satanism
promotes is faith in oneself. We don’t adopt
anything without the use of logic. To have faith
in yourself is a pragmatic advancement; to seek
external faith will always be blind.

I think someone needs to invent butthurt

Satanism. Too many are falling foul of
themselves and developing large chips because
they think life has done them wrong.

I was asked why Rational Satanists don’t

meditate. After laughing I replied that we live
life, and enough of it is already wasted
sleeping, why would we want to waste more
time doing fuck all?

Psychiatrists seem to be putting their heads
together as the amounts of different names for
mental conditions now borders on the
ridiculous; noticeably psychology seems to be a
popular subject in this day and age. For
counselors and therapists to make a living, they
need to keep people ill, and it’s very easy to
link a personality type to a subjective mental
disorder.

If you worry about something then

subconsciously you’re going to create that
scenario yourself. Satanists have two words to
stop this happening; fuck it!

We can only be truly happy within ourselves

when we learn to see past society’s
expectations, and manipulate the social norms
so they become a personal norm to us,
otherwise our happiness will be a manufactured
one.

To logically evaluate situations you must be

able to utilise your reasoning in the middle of
optimism and pessimism.

The fraudulent tricks of psychics, astrology and
tarot shows humanity’s need to know what life
holds. What they forget is the future starts with

filter from your model dependent reality to the

subjective ventures taken from other sources
can strengthen your system as by adding them

all designed to excel the self to the best it can
be, and all this is being done by using the
philosophical foundations of the Rational
Satanism system, so all you will ever be no
matter what resonates, or what you feel you are
leaning more towards is a Rational Satanist, as
you’re simply building on the foundations that
the system provides.
