Dear Mr. Abdusalam Elkaloush,

This has reference to your letter No. LIM-CTC-11MT-L0016 dated on

9 th October 2007.

1. Please find the Inspection Schedule in the attachment. And this

Inspection Schedule includes all the equipment which will be
inspected by LISCO/DEI engineers, means the equipment indicated
with “0” in the FM-I and FM-II and the equipment which indicated
with “*” are not included.

2. Electrical/instrumentation items have been added into the

Inspection Schedule.

3. The inspection period for equipment in China will be controlled

within one week. There are one or two days for the equipment in
one place. Please find details in the Inspection Schedule.

4. Please be noted that the inspection time in the Schedule is

approximate, and may be changed according to the plan of our sub
venders. Because they can not provide the exactly date now.

5. Please give us the information of LISCO/DEI engineers who will

attend the inspection both in China and outside of China (Europe
and U.S.) as below:
