B. TEACHING ACCOMPLISHMENT
For the School Year 2017-2018, the following subjects were handled:

 Physics 324 – Alternating Current/Direct Current. This course is designed to provide

all students the opportunity to learn about the basics electricity and electronics. This
course by design is to provide broad introductory skills and knowledge of career
opportunities and training requirement in electrical and electronics-related fields.
This course teaches safety, technical math, and job skills and introduces DC and
AC electronic principles as well as digital concepts. Circuit construction, soldering,
use of basic test equipment, tools and materials of the electrical and electronics
industry, troubleshooting and project building is accomplished.
 CpE 324 – Logic Circuits and Switching Theory with Laboratory. This course is
designed to give the student thorough background in essential topics of digital
electronics. These topics are necessary for any advancement that identifies these
topics as prerequisites. After studying this course, the student is expected to learn
as much about digital electronics as possible through theories and hands-on
experiments.

C. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED BY THE STUDENTS

 Lack of analytical and application skills in handling laboratory experiments and
projects.
 The students are having inconvenience in learning due to the humid temperature
inside the lecture rooms.

 D. SOLUTIONS
 Seatworks and assignments extend the lesson to enhance their analytical and
application skills.
 Experiments and projects were made into groups so it will be easier for them to
understand the lessons.
