3.6 LPG Supply Systems

The system is provided with the pipeline from LPG Storage tank going to the
Use point at Boiler Unit and Oven Machine.

LPG System is also equipped with Gas leak detector for emergency shut off
and alarm system during gas leakage. The gas leak detector is provided in each room
and near the equipment supply for easily detection. Once the gas leak detector finds
leakage on the pipeline it will send signal at the Control panel that create alarm sound
and passed the signal to the shut off valve and close the valve.

To correct this alarm we need to first find the leakage and repair, once the
leakage is gone we can reset the system panel and the shut off valve will return
automatically to the normally open position.

LPG Pipeline materials use is Black Iron thickness of schedule 80.
