1. How can you describe the business? (in one paragraph only)
The business is related to food. It is to sell a sweet delicacy which is called pastillas. By
creating a new kind of taste and looks. In order to fulfill the expectations of sweet lovers
to provide a new taste of pastillas with a twist. To provide snack and to create a food
affordable to anyone.

2. What is your product or service?

A sweet delicacy with a fluffy mallow inside of Pastillas which called, Pastimallows.

3. Who will buy it?

It can be good for any ages or people who likes sweets. It can be for young ones up to the
old ones.

4. Where should you locate the business?

Located to the most populated area or any place which easy money can be earn or in
short a profitable area of work.

5. What is your competition?

Other food stalls or big-time sellers of delicacy.

6. How much money is needed to get the business started?

By hand to hand selling, could at least need 1,000-2000 pesos to start for a small time
business. By stall maybe adds up to 2,000 for more products to be produced.

7. How much should you charge for the product or service?

7 pesos each up to 10 pesos.

8. How can you attract customers?

By informing close relatives, friends first and through print out advertisement.

9. What advice do you need and who can provide it?

Advice in how to start the business properly. How to act upon the business hands on.
How to minimize encountered problems. The advice could be providing by the
professionals or the teacher in business related.

10. How will you make the business grow in the future?
Let’s say that the business is continue growing, by means of upgrading the business.
Through adding new kind of product the improving the process if selling and producing.

Business description
It is to sell a sweet famous delicacy that originated in Bulacan which is called pastillas. by
creating a new kind of taste and looks, we decided to have a twist, that to fulfill the expectation
of sweet lovers and to creating a food that affordable and good to everyone.
Company description
A sweet delicacy with a fluffy mallow inside of pastilas, which is pastimallows. The
pastimallows are rich in carabao milk. And it is hand to hand selling, could at least need a 1000
pesos to start a small time business. And we can sell to other food stalls and by informing other
people that we have a new product that is good for everyone.
Target market
The target market for the pastimallows is too good for any ages or people who likes sweets, it’s
good for the young ones, also to the old ones too!
Product and service line
we offer this pastimallows with other different flavors options, each pastimallows costs good for
7 pesos up to 10 pesos.
