AND SECONDARY SCHOOL LEARNING AREA COORDINATORS

1. This Office informs the field of the planning meeting of all district elementary learning area
advisers and secondary school learning area coordinators on the following schedules:

2. The said annual planning meeting aims to finalize the Programs, Projects and Activities
(PPAs) of all learning areas in the Schools Division for SY 2019-2020 based on DepEd
initiatives and present the SDO Plan for CY 2019.
3. Participants in the said planning meeting are the School Heads designated as District
Elementary Learning Area Advisers and Secondary School Teachers designated as
Secondary School Learning Area Coordinators in all Junior and Senior High Schools.
However, for Araling Panlipunan, all secondary school teachers are advised to attend the said
meeting.
4. Transportation, travel allowance and other incidental expenses of the participants relative
to the conduct of the planning meeting shall be charged against school MOOE subject to the
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
