Perlaksanaan pekerjaan taman dan gazebo

Disini saya akan menjalaskan tahap-tahap pelaksanaan pekerjaan taman

dan gazebo yang sedang saya kerjakan. Sebelum pekerjaan ini bisa dikerjakan
saya harus menunggu file yang berupa RAB ( Rencana Anggaran Biaya ),
Gambar ( yang sudah asistensi dan mengetahui dinas pekerjaan umum ) karena
kalau tidak ada RAB Dan Gambar saya tidak bisa mengerjakan pekerjaan
tersebut. Setelah mendapatkan file tersebut makan tahap selanjutnya ialah uitzet
atau pengecekan lokasi pekerjaan dan kebetulan lokasi pekerjaan ini di daerah
malang. Untuk uitzet ini harus ada juga pihak dari dinas terkait yaitu dinas
pekerjaan umum, dinas peternakan dan pihak konsultan ( perencanaan dan
pengawasan ). Setelah uitzet dan mendengarkan permintaan juga dari pihak dinas
peternakan maka besoknya saya bisa mengerjakan pekerjaan tersebut

Pertama saya harus menghitung bahan-bahan yang akan saya gunakan

untuk memulai pekerjaan terbut, bahan-bahan yang harus diperhitungkan dengan
baik-baik ialah :

1. Besi & Bendrat

2. Pasir
3. Koral
4. Semen
5. Batu bata
6. Keramik , dll

Tahap yang pertama yang saya lakukan ialah pembersihan lokasi biar pekerjaan
nyaman jikan lokasi dibersihkan terlebih dahulu.

Tahap yang kedua ialah penggalian tanah untuk tempat pondasi batu kali,pilecap (
cakar ayam ), setelah penggalian tanah selesai baru pekerjaan pasir bawah pondasi
bisa di lakukan dan aanstamping bisa dilakukan jika pasir bawah pondsai selesai
100%. Setelah selesai baru pekerjaan pondasi batu kali bisa dilaksanakan. Untuk
pekerjaan ini butuh waktu lumayan lama karena nunggu benar-benar kelet antara
spesi dan batu kali.

Tahap yang ketiga ialah pengecoran diatas pondasi batu kali. Pengecoran yang
dimaksud aadalah Sloof,Kolom,Balok dan Plat Atap. Yang pertama yang harus
dicor ialah pengecoran sloof dan juga harus di perhitungkan besi dan sengkang
yang digunakan. Setelah cor sloof selesai baru bisa pengecoran untuk kolom dan
juga harus diperhitungkan juga untuk besi,agregat yang digunakan karena kolom
ini sebagai penyangga struktur. Setelah kolom selesai pekerjaan atap bisa
dilakukan disini untuk atapnya menggunakan atap plat dak beton dengan
ketebalan 10cm dan ini juga biasanya rawan kalau tidak di perhitungkan dengan
benar-benar, yang harus diketahui juga untuk sebelum peletakan besi di atas kayu
perancah terlebih dahulu harus dikasih tahu bantal 2setebal 2cm agar pas
pelepasan tempat dack tidak kelihatan besi dan untuk perawatanya harus disiram
air

Tahap yang ketiga ialah pemasangan batu bata. Disini saya menggunakan batu
bata merah karena hanya untuk tempat duduk aja bukan dinding tembok,

Tahap yang keempat ialah pemasangan keramik. Disini menggunakan keramik

ukuran 40x40 cm, dan ini dipasang di lantai dan tempat duduk

Tahap yang kelima ialah plester dan acian. Semua dari kolom,sloof,balok,plat dan
dinding di plester & di aci agar lebih bagus

Tahap yang keenam ialah pengecatan.

Tahap yang ketujuh waterprofing untuk atap

Tahap yang kedelapan ialah pembersihan lokasi yang telah kita kerjakan

Implementation work and the park gazebo

Here I will explain the stages of implementation and gazebo garden
work I was doing . Before this work can be done I have to wait for the file in the
form of RAB ( Budget Plan ) , Pictures ( who already know the assistance and
public works ) because if there is no RAB And Image I can not do the job . After
getting those files eating next stage is uitzet or checking the location of jobs and
job location happened to this poor region . For this uitzet there must be also
parties from relevant agencies , namely public works , animal husbandry
department and the consultant ( planning and supervision ) . After uitzet and listen
to the requests as well as from the animal husbandry department then the next day
I could do the job

First I have to calculate the materials I would use to start the work terbut , the
materials to be reckoned with the good is :
1. Iron &
2. Sand
3. Koral
4. Cement
5. Brick
6. Ceramics , etc.
 The first phase of what I do is to let the cleanup job location convenient
