THE COMPREHENSIVE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The Negros Oriental State University Comprehensive Development Plan (“master plan”)
was initiated in January 2015. The objective of the process has been to develop a master plan to
guide the development of all nine (9) NORSU Campuses: NORSU Main Campus I and II, Bais City
Campus 1 and 2, Guihulngan Campus, Mabinay Campus, Pamplona Campus, Siaton Campus,
and Bayawan- Sta Catalina Campus.
