CHAPTER 3

Research Design

This study examines the determinants of the customer ordering experience, which

include website trust, customer satisfaction and loyalty. The determinants are

represented by website quality and service quality. A survey data of 353 online food

ordering customers were used to test the research model using structural equation

modelling (SEM). Results reveal that not only is there a significant positive relationship

between website quality and website trust but also a significant positive relationship

between service quality and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, significant positive

relationships are also found not only between website trust and customer satisfaction

but also between customer satisfaction and loyalty. Finally, the study also found an

unexpected direct link between service quality and loyalty. Overall, the study provides

valuable insights for operating online food ordering services successfully.

Population and Samples

The research will take in 1 Pantranco compound himlayan road Quezon city

80 people are involved in our survey including staff and owner and also customer.

Research instrument

The proponent prepares a set of questionnaire to be distributed to the

respondent. The questionnaire will be consisting of a question that is related to our

system which is Food ordering System. The functionality of the study will be determined

through the questionnaires.


Validation Procedure

Validation and verification programs often feature three primary components:

ATP sanitation monitoring, allergen monitoring (when allergens are present in a facility)

and pathogen monitoring. While in many cases across the world, facilities are required

by law to implement validation and verification procedures, rarely is the exact protocol to

be used specified. Because of variation between facilities, processes, and products

produced, the specifics of the procedures needed to ensure cleanliness are very

different from one facility to another.

Ordering is a process of ordering food from a local restaurant or food

cooperative through a web page or app. Much like ordering consumer goods online,

many of these allow customers to keep accounts with them in order to make frequent

ordering convenient.
