VIEWS

Tasks by VIEWS
Tasks are actions we take with a student record and are dependent upon the view
you are in.
REVIEW
The Edit Detail Screen allows you to manipulate a record (both hidden and visible
fields). Tags may be added, records may be polished, may be validated for
notifications, documents uploaded, or notes added.

TAGS
You may assign or remove tags for review or follow-up of each student record.

POLISH RULES
Polish rules are performed on incoming data submitted by the family and are
applied on a field-by-field basis. Districts can customize the standard polish rules to
fit their data scheme. Example: Some districts may prefer Addresses be formatted
in a particular way to coincide with their transportation department. Therefore,
they can use chose how they want the parents’ submitted address to look.

Parent submits: 11 Jones Pl

District A Polish Rules: 11 Jones Place
District B Polish Rule: 11 Jones Pl.
