We in Egypt do not intervene in religious affairs. We do not distinguish
between a Muslim and a Christian. There is no difference between a man
and a woman, or between a religion and another religion. Everyone is equal!

The government is responsible for building churches for its citizens in every
new community because we acknowledge that they have a right to worship
freely as they please, the same way others worship freely. Indeed, if there
are different religions here in Egypt, then we are determined to build for
them places of worship as well. If they are Jews, we will build for them
[synagogues] and if there are any other religions, we will do the same. Why?
Because this is the right of the citizen. The citizen has the right to worship
as he pleases, in the same way he has a right not to worship at all. This is an
affair which we do not intervene in at all.

AbdulFatah Sisi – The Enemy of Islam [The Tyrant of Egypt]

“And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in
the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.” [Aal-e-Imran, 85]

It is imperative that we alter the legislation of personal freedoms. In

government, we do not have any affiliation with religious laws, or the
Qur’an and its verses. We are solely dealing with the constitution, whose
laws are binding and as we mentioned previously, we are living in a secular
state!

As for those who believe that the authority of the Tunisian state is a
religious authority, then this is a mistake and indeed a grave mistake! This is
not true at all. This is not something new. We are merely acting according
to the constitution that governs us and it is the highest form of legislation.

Beji Caid Essebsi – The Enemy of Islam [The Deceased Tyrant of Tunisia]

“And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbelievers.”
[Al-Maidah, 44]

We are proud to be the only Arab country to have participated in six
military coalitions alongside the United States over the last 25 years.

Yousef Al Otaiba - The Enemy of Islam [UAE Ambassador to the US]

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya (friends, protectors,
helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as
Auliya, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the
oppressors. [Al-Maidah, 51]

Sir, if I can thank you, the United States, and the people of America for all
the support you have given our country. If the rest of the world just took a
little bit of your humility and your grace to help us, we would be in a lot
better position. But if it wasn’t for the United States umm… just on behalf
of myself and my people thank you so much for all that you have done.

Abdullahi Ath-Thani – The Enemy of Islam [The Tyrant of Jordan]

And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they hurry to their
friendship, saying: “We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us.” Perhaps
Allah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become
regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves. [Al-Maidah, 52]

We ask Uganda and our other African brothers and sisters and the AMISOM,
for your continued support and for you to remain by our side.

Hasan Ali Khayre – The Enemy of Islam [Apostate Somali PM]

“And had they believed in Allah, and in the Prophet and in what has been
revealed to him, never would they have taken them (the disbelievers) as
Auliya (protectors and helpers), but many of them are the Fasiqoon
(rebellious, disobedient to Allah).” [Al-Maidah, 81]

His Eminence, the Scholar, Sheikh ‘Umar ‘Abdurrahman [May Allah Have
Mercy on Him]

4 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

The Muslim Ummah has never had an enemy more dangerous and more damaging to its
religious and worldly affairs than the arrogant tyrants of our era who have forcefully
suppressed the Muslims, supported the enemies of Allah, fought against the believers and
allied themselves with Satan and his offspring. “What an evil exchange for the oppressors.”
[Al-Khaf,50]
From Sharif Hussein to Sharif Ahmed, and from the Yamamah Deal to the Deal of the
Century, the Muslim Ummah continues to suffer the evil of the tyrants, their dominance
over their lands and resources and their persecution of the righteous believers and
Mujahideen.
Throughout the years, the tyrants have persecuted the Muslims subjugating them under
their tyranny and driving them, through oppression and humiliation or through their
mouthpieces of evil scholars, towards the abyss of apostasy and disbelief.
These tyrants pursued various methods in their efforts to supress the Muslim populations,
such as killing them, violating their sanctities, plundering their wealth and imprisoning
them for no other reason than their belief in Allah alone.
The tyrants of today– whether Arab or non-Arab – have formed an alliance against Islam
and its followers. They mustered their forces, incited their coalition and spent vast sums
of money in their war against Islam.
All of that, to appease their Western masters, for they do not act except according to their
wishes and to attain their pleasure, since the safety of their thrones and their posts
depends on it.
As for the crusaders, it is a way to protect their interests and achieve their aspirations, and
they will not accept from the tyrants anything less than complete submission.

5 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Would you say Saudi Arabia is wealthy, yeah, right and I said to the King you
got to pay. I’m sorry you got to pay. We’re going to protect you got to pay.
Get the money, you got to pay, you got to pay!

Donald Trump [Us President]

The crusaders’ occupation of Muslim lands would not have materialised if it were not
through the support of the tyrants who have offered the Muslim lands as a humble gift to
please their masters.
These tyrants are indeed an incurable disease and a poisonous venom affecting the Muslim
Ummah. They are the stumbling block preventing the Muslim Ummah from implementing
Islamic Shari’ah, waging Jihad against its enemies and restoring its honour and dignity.

It is apparent to every noble freeman who has insight that the crimes of
these corrupt regimes who subjugate our Ummah, wage war against their
religious beliefs and the hijab of their daughters, squander their resources
and encourage hedonism, immorality and social decadence, are part and
parcel of the global war against Islam and the Muslims that is spearheaded
by America.

As such, these regimes are proxies and allies of the global powers and they
are the ones who are responsible for implementing their policies of waging
war against Islam and the Hijab, changing the educational curriculum,
normalising ties with Israel, preventing the rule of Islamic Shari’ah and the
plunder of Muslim resources.

It is for this reason that the global powers support these local regimes and
stand by them whilst turning a blind eye to their crimes, oppression,
subjugation, lies and theft, and substitute them with another if they are
unable to fulfil their interests.

Sheikh Ayman Adh-Dhawaahiri [May Allah Preserve Him]

Despite the treachery of these tyrannical regimes in the Muslim world, their oppression
and plundering of the wealth of the Muslims however, they have fallen into the nullifiers
of Islam – such as ruling besides the Law of Allah and allying themselves with the crusaders
– all of which have invalidated their claim to Islam, made void their legitimacy and justified
their deposal, for the kafir has no authority over a Muslim “and never will Allah grant to
the disbelievers a way (to triumph) over the believers.” [An-Nisa, 141]

6 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Al-Imam Ibn Al-Mundhir, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: “All of the
scholars have reached the consensus that a disbeliever has no authority over
the Muslim under any circumstance.” [Ahkam Ahlu Dhimmah, 2/414]

‘Ubadah ibn Samit, may Allah be pleased with him, said: “The Messenger of
Allah 7 called us and took from us a pledge of allegiance. From amongst the
stipulations he took from us were: that we listen and obey in matters we like
or dislike and in times of ease and hardship and preferential treatment, and
that we do not challenge the authority of the leadership except if we see clear
disbelief in which we have evident proof from Allah.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Al-Imam Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: “The summary of the
hadeeth is that the ruler is to be deposed of his post if he falls into disbelief,
according to the consensus of the scholars and it becomes obligatory upon
every Muslim to work towards his deposition. Whoever is capable to
overthrowing him will be rewarded, and whoever doesn’t will have sinned, and
whoever is incapable must emigrate from that land.” [Fathul Baari 13/123]

Sheikh Abu ‘Abdurahman Mahad Warsame [May Allah Protect Him]

Al-Qaadi Iyaad’ may Allah have mercy on him also said: “The Scholars are in
unanimous agreement that leadership cannot be assigned to a disbeliever
and in case that he becomes a disbeliever, he is to be removed from post.”
[Sharh Sahih Muslil li An-Nawawi 12/229]

The Martyr of Islam, Sheikh Usama Bin Laden [May Allah have mercy on him]

Al-Imam Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy upon him, mentioned in ‘Fathul
Baari’: “If the ruler falls into clear cut disbelief, then it is not permissible to
obey him and it becomes obligatory upon all able-bodied Muslims to fight
him.” [Fathul Baari 13/7]

Al-Qaadi Iyaad’ may Allah have mercy on him also said: “If the ruler
disbelieves or changes the religion or becomes a heretic, he ceases to be a
ruler and his obedience is rendered void and it is becomes obligatory on the
Muslims to rise up and overthrow him and appoint a just ruler if they are
able to do so. If, however, it is not possible except for a group of individuals
to overthrow him, then the obligation of deposing the disbelieving ruler lies
upon them.” [Sharh Sahih Muslil li An-Nawawi 12/229]

Sheikh Adil Al-‘Abab (May Allah have mercy on him)

7 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

As for the apostate Somali tyrants, their condition is similar to that of the other
treacherous rulers. Clear disbelief and apostasy has become manifest in their speeches,
actions and policies, taking them out of the fold of Islam and into disbelief, and thereby
warranting the ruling of apostasy to be applied to them.

The question is: should we implement Islamic law?

Personally, I would say, no!

Faysal Abdi Rooble - The Enemy of Islam

It is a very sensitive question: Should we implement Islamic law! However, I

agree with my friend Faisal and I do not believe that we should implement
Islamic law in Somalia, The United States of America, who are more
intelligent than us, have separated religion and state and for a very good
reason. It is not something done haphazardly. They are smarter than us and
more experienced than us and they have reached the conclusion that
religion and state should be separate. And I agree with them.

Mohamed Abdi Mohamed - The Enemy of Islam

The Qur’ an is a general book comprised of principles, objectives, creed and

worships pertaining to the Ummah. However, it is not a suitable reference
when dealing with the detailed matters of government policies. and it was
not revelaed for this purpose.

Ali Wajiiz [Member of The Committee Assisting The Apostate Army]

I once mentioned to you an incident that took place in the city of Galkayo.
After we finished forming the local parliament and it was time for the
swearing-in ceremony, I requested from the judge to take the oath from the
newly appointed members of parliament. He then began to take the oath in
the name of Allah but this is not the correct oath. We have a constitution
that dictates the proper way an oath should be conducted. So I requested
that he swear-in the parliamentarians according to the oath mentioned in
the constitution. But astonishingly, when he opened the constitution he
was unable to read the oath, and that is despite being a Judge. I was then
forced to request from another parliamentarian to read aloud the

8 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

constitutional oath and that the judge put his hand on it so that the
swearing-in ceremony could be completed.

Abdiweli Gaas – The Enemy of Islam [Former Apostate Prime Minister]

“But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion with
disapproval and criticism then fight the leaders of disbelief, for surely their oaths are
nothing to them - so that they may stop (evil actions). [At-Tawbah, 12]

In accordance with this religious obligation, one of Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen’s

main objectives is to topple the apostate Somali regime and destroy its foundations in
order to liberate the country and its people and cleanse the land from the filth of crusaders
and apostates so that the Muslims of East Africa can once again regain their freedom and
dignity under the shade of Islamic Shari’ah. And in that regard it has made great strides
and all thanks is due to Allah.

We have come to know that these authoritarian regimes which are

controlling the masses with the power of fire and iron and who are
dependent on their armies in order to fulfil their whims and implement their
policies, that it is impossible to oust them from power and depose them
except through force which deters them and sacrifices that know no
clemency and humiliation. If not, however, then the price of remaining
under such regimes is many folds more than attempting to overthrow and
change them.

PART 01

10 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

[News clips]

A suicide bomber detonates his explosives inside the Sahafi Hotel in Mogadishu. They
then stormed the hotel itself.

The hotel, which is situated in one of the busiest streets of the city is often used by
government officials.

A car bomb struck central Hotel in Mogadishu. The hotel is home to several prominent
government officials, among them the Deputy Prime Minister and seven other
ministers.

International diplomats often stay at the hotel, which has been targeted in the past.

Al Shabaab says it was targeting western envoys. The hotel houses the diplomatic
missions of several countries and that includes China as well.

A popular spot for government ministers and foreign diplomats. At least two
members of parliament among the dead.

Government ministers were meeting there at the time. Politicians are confirmed
amongst the dead. While the deputy Prime Minister and other high profile officials
were injured.

This hotel is popular with government officials and members of parliament. It is very
close to the Presidential Palace and the President was supposed to hold a meeting
here with Somalia’s five regional states.

Two car bombs detonated just minutes apart. The first car exploded near the
entrance of a Hotel that is home to a number of government ministers living in the
capital city, Mogadishu.

11 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

After Allah enabled the Mujahideen to strike the heads of disbelief and apostasy in their
military bases and government offices, Satan inspired his allies to come up with a new plan
in order to safeguard themselves from the Mujahideen’s strikes in the capital city,
Mogadishu. So they set up their offices in heavily fortified buildings, “And they thought
that their fortresses would defend them from Allah!” [Al-Hashr, 2]. They deceptively named
these fortified bases ‘hotels’.
But despite their desperate attempts, it soon became clear to all that these supposed
hotels were in fact military bases and government offices housing members of parliament,
minsters and the intelligence apparatus.

Everybody knows that after the escalation of attacks against the apostate
regime, they resorted to seeking refuge in hotels in an attempt to find
safety. These hotels were then transformed from regular places of
accommodation to fortified bases with all types of military security
measures and barricades. Then, in an attempt to deceive the people, decor
was added to the exterior so that the laymen do not notice the military
nature of the building. As for the interior, then inside these hotels are
government offices, the residence of ministers, members of parliament,
foreign embassies and international crusader organisations.

Sheikh Sultan Bin Muhammad Aal-Muhammad [May Allah Protect Him]

12 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Hotel Jazeera is from among the number one destinations that foreign
diplomats and government officials choose to reside in when they are in
Somalia. The [former] President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud used
to live in Hotel Jazeera. The only place he chose to stay the night he was
selected as president was at Hotel Jazeera. The ambassador to China,
Warsame Geeljir, also lived in Hotel Jazeera. The ambassador to Qatar, when
he first arrived, also came to Hotel Jazeera. Similarly, when I was first
appointed as Mayor of Mogadishu, I too lived in Hotel Jazeera.

Yusuf Hussein Jim’ale [Former Mayor of Mogadishu]

We, members of parliament, have secluded ourselves in hotels and the

presidential palace. Do you know any member of parliament who lives in his
personal residence? Tell me. There is none!

Osman Ilmi Boqore [Member of Parliament - Assassinated by the

Mujahideen]

The ministers asked me which hotel I was residing in. I told them that I was
staying at hotel SYL. Some of them were shocked and asked me if they were
going to pick me up tomorrow morning from hotel SYL and I replied, ‘yes,
our appointment tomorrow morning is at hotel SYL.’

Mohamed Mursal [Speaker of the apostate Parliament]

The targets are specific people who work for or are affiliated with the
government, such as military generals, staff of foreign organisations and
journalists such as myself, and this group of people only stay at places with
extremely tight security. For example, Hotel Jazeera, which I was staying at,
is home to different government officials, from military generals to
ministers. Sometimes I used to joke with them by saying ‘have the hotels
become places of refuge for you?’

Abdulaziz Hussein Osman [Journalist, VOA]

It is from the halls of these hotels where the threads of treachery are woven, international
conferences are held and conspiracies against the Muslims of East Africa are plotted. It is

13 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

also from these hotels where the plots of the invading crusaders are contrived and the
institutions of the fragile apostate regime are bolstered, thus necessitating their
demolition and destruction in order to please Allah.

They named their military bases hotels and fortified them with barriers. They
blocked the vital roads and restricted access to the people. However, this has
not prevented any attacks. Therefore, it is worth asking: why is there such a
striking resemblance between the African Invaders’ military bases,
government ministries and these hotels? Why do these hotels have heavily
fortified security barriers if they are not military bases? Is it not indicative of
the fact that the same individuals who are present in the military bases and
government buildings are also the ones living in, hiding behind and working
from these so-called hotels? Today, all official duties of the apostate regime,
high-level meetings and election campaigns are coordinated from within these
military bases known as hotels. It is in these so-called hotels where Western
spies, whom they falsely call diplomats, often stay and seek refuge in them
from the attacks of the Mujahideen. From where was the French intelligence
(DGSE) agent Denis Allex captured on the 14th of July 2009? Was it not from
inside Sahafi Hotel? Therefore, we urge the Muslims of Somalia, whether they
are merchants, academics, students, men, women or the elderly, to stay away
from these so-called hotels, which are in reality military barracks for members
of the apostate government and the invading crusaders. Such hotels are
legitimate targets for the Mujahideen’s military operations at all times and
since you are our people, we do not wish any harm to befall you.

Sheikh Abu ‘Abdurahman Mahad Warsame [May Allah Protect Him]

And since names do not change the reality of things, the Mujahideen launched a series of
martyrdom operations targeting the heads of disbelief from the crusaders and apostates
in these hotels and other gatherings “and Allah struck at the foundation of their buildings,
and the roof fell down upon them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did
not perceive.” [An-Nahl, 26]

14 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Central Hotel

In Rabi’ Ath-Thani 1436 [February 2015] the Lions of Tawheed set out to destroy a base of
the apostate intelligence agency in Central Hotel.

[News clips]

Central Hotel is popular with Somali officials because it is near the Presidential Palace,
also known as Villa Somalia

Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen claimed responsibility for the attack on Central Hotel
that is close to the Presidential Palace and home to the Somali Intelligence Agency.

The number of people inside the hotel were more than 300. Fifty percent of
them were government officials. Nine of them were ministers, including the
deputy prime minister and thirty of them were members of parliament.

Ahmad Isma’il [Owner, Central Hotel]

And as the ministers of the apostate regime were busy holding a conference in the hotel,
the Mujahideen pounced upon them, killings at least 40 of them. Among them:
Mohamed Adam Guled, deputy governor of Mogadishu, Omar Ali Nur [Furdug] and
Mohamed Du’ale Musa – both members of parliament.

15 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Among those injured in the attack were: Mohamed Omar Arte, the deputy prime minister
at the time, Abdulqadir Ali Omar, member of parliament, and several other ministers.

16 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Makkah Al Mukarrama Hotel

In Jumaad Al-Akhira 1436 [March 2015] a handful of Mujahideen fighters stormed the
Makkah Al Mukarrama Hotel that houses employees of the apostate regime and other
foreign diplomats.
And after a fierce firefight that lasted for more than twelve hours, the Mujahideen
managed to kill dozens of apostates by the permission of Allah. Most notable among them
was Yusuf Mohamed Ismail ‘Bari Bari’ – the permanent representative of the apostate
Somali regime to the United Nations. His death was a blow to the Zionists and crusaders
worldwide.

In memory of the late permanent representative of the Federal Republic of

Somalia, to the United Nations Office and to other international
organizations in Geneva, his excellency ambassador Yousef Mohamed
Ismail.

17 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Thank you for joining us today for this solemn ceremony to pay tribute to
our friend and colleague, Ambassador Yousef Mohamed Isma’il.

Michael Møller [Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva]

To remember our good friend and esteemed colleague, Yousef Mohamed

Ismail ‘Bari Bari’. On behalf of the United States, I want to express our
deepest condolences to Yousef’s family and friends.

Keith Harper [Former U.S. representative to the UNHRC in Geneva.]

Hotel Jazeera

In the month of Shawwal 1436 [July 2015], the Mujahideen's intelligence apparatus was
busy gathering information on another target more severe in its disbelief than any other.
It was Hotel Jazeera - the den of disbelief and the source of evil in Somalia and where the
allies of Satan - from the crusaders and apostates - chose as a refuge for their embassies
and intelligence gathering operations.
Its roof concealed the embassies of at least seven countries hostile to Islam and Muslims,
among them the embassies of Kenya, United Arab Emirates and China. And whilst they
heedlessly indulged in their disbelief, a lion from among the Lions of Islam leapt upon
them, surprising them with a martyrdom operation that soothed the hearts of the Muslims
and killing several foreign diplomats and apostates and injuring many others.

18 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Sahafi Hotel

In Muharram 1437 [November 2015] Mujahideen fighters from the Martyrdom Brigade set
a high standard of courage and bravery by carrying out a complex attack, using two
explosive-laden vehicles, against the chamber of treachery and espionage in Sahafi Hotel.
After killing the apostate militia at the gates, the Mujahideen stormed the hotel where
they massacred the apostate forces and took complete control of the hotel.
The crusaders and apostate security forces converged at the hotel, but whenever they
attempted to break the siege and rescue the dozens of officials trapped inside the hotel,
the Mujahideen, putting their trust in Allah, repelled them with bullets and grenades.
Unable to withstand the heat, they soon enough dispersed and their gathering was
scattered. Cornered and helpless, the officials trapped inside the hotel had no means of
escape and Allah enabled the Mujahideen to kill them mercilessly.

Many government officials were killed in the hotel.

- Can you tell us some of the names of the officials who were killed?

No, you can refer to the government for the official reports, as I cannot
confirm the names. Indeed, I was in the hotel during the attack and I
witnessed how the event unfolded.

‘Sandheere’ [Member of the Apostate Parliament]

Among those killed in this operation were: the former head of the armed forces, The
Enemy of Islam, General Abdul-Karim Yusuf Adam, Abdul-Rashid Shire ‘Ilqayte’, a leader
among the US-backed counterterrorism alliance forces and owner of the hotel and
Mohamed Abti-Doon, Member of Parliament.

19 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Among those injured was: Abdi Araye Osoble – Commander of the apostate infantry
forces.
And among those who survived was: Nur Barud Gurhan – the chief cleric of the invading
crusaders and a member of the committee assisting the apostate army and whom Allah
has blinded his heart before his sight and left him astray.

20 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Al-Imam As-Sarakhsi Al-Hanafi, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:
“There is no harm in the Muslims burning the fortresses of the disbelievers
with fire, flooding it with water, using catapults against it, cutting its water
supplies or contaminating it with blood, sewage or poison in order to make
it undrinkable, because we have been ordered to subdue them and break
their might.

And all the aforementioned tactics of warfare are among the legitimate
means of breaking the enemy’s might and, as such, are deemed permissible
and not unlawful.

Furthermore, these tactics are part of inflicting harm upon the enemy and
they are also a means of obtaining rewards. Allah, the Exalted, says: “Nor
do the believers inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their
credit as a deed of righteousness.” [ At-Tawbah, 120]

None of the aforementioned tactics should be avoided because of the

presence of Muslim prisoners or those who have been given a covenant of
safety amongst them [disbelievers], whether they are young or old, men or
women, even if we had prior knowledge of that. Because there is no possible
means of both avoiding their casualties while at the same time fulfilling the
obligation of fighting the disbelievers. And whatever is impossible to refrain
from is pardoned. [Sharh As-Siyar Al-Kabir, 221/4]

Sheikh Abu ‘Abdurahman Mahad Warsame [May Allah Protect Him]

Liido Restaurant

In Rabi’ Ath-Thani 1437 [January 2016] a group of Mujahideen fighters were out to seek
martyrdom at Liido Restaurant, situated along the seashore. It is a restaurant frequented
by the intelligence agents of the apostate regime and the security agency.

21 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

And after thorough investigation and reconnaissance, the lions of Tawheed set out for
their mission, putting their full trust in Allah, in order to destroy a den among the dens of
apostasy and immorality and a fortress among the fortresses of disbelief.
Among those brave warriors were: The leader of the unit, Abdurrahman Ahmad
Muhammad – from the tribe of Abgal, Abdinasir Abdullah Muhamud – from the tribe of
Habargidir, Muhammad Ibrahim Hassan – from the tribe of Hadame, May Allah accept
them all.

And while the apostates were busy listening to the sound of drums and music, the
Mujahideen charged upon them in a surprise attack with two explosive-laden vehicles and
an ‘Inghimasi’ assault team, killing at least 35 apostate agents.
Among them were members of parliament, military commanders and members of the
Special Forces. Most notable among the killed were: Abdurrahman Sheikh Bashir, head of
training and planning for the Governorate of Banadir, Bile Mohamud Diriye, member of
Galmudug Federal State’s Provincial Parliament.

22 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

A number of apostate leaders also survived the attack, among them were: the deputy
public prosecutor at the apostate courthouse, Mohamed Hassan Nur and Abdulfatah Nur
Mataan, the Governor of Mogadishu’s Kaaran District.

SYL Hotel

At a stone throw away from the presidential palace, the Mujahideen set their sight on a
target more damaging to the enemies of Allah: SYL Hotel.
Since its inception, SYL Hotel was built to cater to the apostates and crusaders. Here, the
leaders of disbelief often seek refuge, hold their conferences and organise their immoral
functions.
SYL Hotel remained a platform for the apostates and crusaders throughout the year. No
sooner had a seminar or government-sponsored ceremony come to an end than its halls
were once again crowded with hypocrites and apostates, compelling the Mujahideen to
work towards its destruction.

23 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

And in the month of Jumaad Al-Ula 1437 [February 2016] and merely a month after the
Mujahideen attacked Liido Restaurant, a martyrdom seeker carried out a blessed
operation at SYL Hotel killings dozens of apostates, most of them from the security forces.
Following that, the Mujahideen remotely detonated an explosive-laden vehicle to kill the
apostate forces who had gathered at the scene after the martyrdom operation.

Ambassador Hotel

In the month of Sha’ban 1437 [June 2016], a group of Mujahideen fighters raced towards
the Ambassador Hotel so that the swords of Allah could strike the enemies of Allah. They
were:
Bashar Umar Adam – From the tribe of Habargidir – knight of the Martyrdom Operation,
Mahamud Ibrahim Ahmed - From the tribe of Gaalje’el, Mahamud Mo’alim Muhammad -
From the tribe of Hadame, Abdul-Hamid Sheikh Hassan – From the tribe of Hadame. May
Allah accept them all.

24 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

After the brave Martyrdom seeker killed the guards at the gate of the hotel and paved the
way for his brothers, the ‘Inghimasi’ assault team stormed the hotel and laid siege to it for
more than 15 hours, killing more than 30 apostate officials and security forces. Among
them were: Muhammad Mahamud Guure and Abdullah Jama’ Kabaweyne, both of them
notable members of parliament and Yusuf Garre, a commander in the US-backed apostate
special forces.

In addition to that, there were at least 60 others injured in the attack, among them: the
corrupt judge of Mogadishu courthouse who ruled with that which Allah has not revealed,
Hashi Ilmi Nur and among those who survived was Abdullah Haji Dayib, Member of
Parliament.

25 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Naasahablood 1 Hotel

And in the blessed month of conquests, the month of Ramadhan [July 2016] the
Mujahideen targeted the sanctuary of the disbelievers and apostates in ‘Naasahablood 1
Hotel’ with a blessed martyrdom operation, carried out by the brave knight Abdurrahman
Muhammad Ahmed, from the tribe of Habargidir. May Allah accept him.

After killing the guards at the entrance of the hotel, a group of Mujahideen fighters
stormed the building eager to strike the necks of the disbelievers and they were: Adam
Mo’alim Sha’ban –From the Tribe of Hadame, Uthman Sheikh Abu Bakr - From the Tribe of
Biyamal, Nuh Hassan Sheikh Muhammad - From the Tribe of Hadame, Sharmarke Ahmed
Sheikh Hassan - From the Tribe of Hubeyr, who carried out a martyrdom operation against
the rapid response forces after they gathered outside the hotel. May Allah accept them
all.

26 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

After an intense firefight, the Mujahideen were able to kill, by the grace of Allah, more than
46 apostates, most of them from the special forces unit and intelligence services. Fifty
others were also injured.
Among the dead was an American agent working for the FBI and Bur’i Mohamed Hamza,
a State Minister of the apostate regime.

Al-Imam ibn Hajar Al-Haytami Ash-Shafi’i, may Allah have mercy on him, said
in his commentary of ‘Minhaj At-Talibeen’: “Even if there is one Muslim or
more among the disbelievers, whether a prisoner or a merchant, it is still
permissible to besiege them, kill them with indiscriminate weapons and
raid them at night whilst they are sleeping, even if we know that the Muslim
will be killed as a result.

This must, however, be avoided to the utmost of one’s capability, so that

the disbelievers do not cripple our Jihad through the imprisonment of
Muslims.” [Tuhfatul Muhtaaj fi Sharhil Minhaaj 242/9]

SYL Hotel

In Dhul-Qa’dah 1437 [August 2016], the courageous Mujahid Sheikh Jabir Abdullah Diriye,
from the tribe of Marehan, leapt forth to strike the disbelievers once again at SYL Hotel.

During a meeting between government ministers, members of parliament and heads of

the intelligence services, the Martyrdom seeker detonated his vehicle, causing the hotel
to collapse in on its occupants and leading to the death of 52 apostates.
Most notable among them were: Ilmi Mire, a commander in the apostate intelligence
services, Dahir Ga’al, a manager in the Ministry of Finance, Mohamud Muhammad ‘Yare’
an agent working for the British Intelligence Agency, MI6 and Nur Farah Hirsi, Minister of
Ports, who later succumbed to his injuries.
There were also 30 others injured in the attack, among them were: Abdullah Boos,
Member of Parliament and among those who survived was Muhammad Hayir Mareye, the
Minister of Information.

I was personally at the hotel during the attack. There were two meetings
taking place simultaneously at the time and some of the government
officials in these meetings sustained injuries.

Naasahablood 2 Hotel

In the month of Safar 1439 [October 2017], the martyrdom seekers unsheathed their
swords against the hypocrites and apostates in ‘Naasahablood 2 Hotel’, a stone throw
away from the presidential palace, whilst it was undergoing preparations to host a
conference between the leaders of the federal regions and the central government.
And despite the presence of all the different sections of the security forces such as the
police, army and Special Forces, a group of Mujahideen fighters managed to penetrate the
hotel barriers and lay siege to the hotel.
From amongst the brave knights who carried out this operation were: Ibrahim Hassan
Ibrahim - From the tribe of Jiroon, Hussein Rukow Maadey – From the tribe of Gaalje’el and
Mayow Mustafa Ishaq - From the tribe of Geelidle. May Allah accept them all.

A fierce 14 hour-battle occurred throughout the night.
The apostate security forces rushed to the besieged hotel and surrounded it from all sides,
except that they did not manage to break off the siege.
And as the battle intensified, the forces of disbelief soon began to disintegrate, one after
the other, and collapsed under the strikes of the Mujahideen which reverberated
throughout Mogadishu until dawn.
As for the officials trapped inside the hotel, fear descended upon them and landed them
in dire straits. So they turned their backs, fleeing from room to room, and from one storey
to another, until the Mujahideen surrounded them and showered them with a hail of
bullets, killing more than 48 apostates.
Among them were: Madobe Nuunow Muhammad, Minister of Internal Affairs for South-
West State, Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Yusuf ‘Fanah’, Chief of Daynile Police
Department, Abdi-Nasir Gaarane Muhammad, a member of the committee assisting the
apostate army and also a former member of parliament, General Abdurrahman Khalif,
military advisor to the apostate regime.

Among those who survived this attack included: the Minister of Fisheries and Marine
Resources, Saalim Aliyow Ibrow, Mahamud Olaad Abdi, member of Hir-Shabelle State
parliament.

While I was in the car, I saw two vehicles that collided. There was also a
dump truck nearby carrying rocks and sand in front of us. We stopped our
car and the military colonel next to me expressed his suspicion about the
vehicle in front of us and said we should turn around.

But as soon as we were about to turn around, the explosion occurred. That
was the last time I saw the colonel. He died instantly and there was another
security officer who hitched a ride with us who was also killed. And as far as
I know, his body is still in the vehicle.

Mahmuud Olad Abdi [Member of Parliament in Hir-Shabelle State]

And among those who survived was Ali Wajiz, a member of the committee assisting the
apostate army, “so Allah made them to taste the disgrace in the present life, but greater is
the torment of the Hereafter if they only knew!” [Az-Zumar, 26]

My talk will be brief. I wish to speak about the crisis I experienced last night
in the hotel, since I was from amongst those inside. Among the people killed
last night in the hotel was the general, Abdurahman Khalif who was gunned
down in his room. Among those killed were also federal ministers and
regional state ministers.

Doorbin Hotel

And in Jumaad Al-Akhira 1439 [February 2018] the Mujahideen attacked Doorbin Hotel and
the adjacent government buildings with two martyrdom operations carried out by
Muhammad Abdurrahman Abdullah, from the tribe of Boqolhore and Abdullah Sheikh
Adam, from the tribe of Marehan. May Allah accept them.

At the same time, another group of Mujahideen fighters plunged in the midst of the
enemies stationed in the nearby offices of the apostate regime and the presidential palace.
These brave warriors were: Ishaq Ibrahim Ya'qub, from the tribe of Gaalje’el, Hassan
Sheikh Suleyman, from the tribe of Elay, Ahmed Abdi Abdullah from the tribe of Hawadle
and Muhammad Nuunow Muhammad from the tribe of Yantar. May Allah accept them all.

Charging forth as one unit, the Mujahideen penetrated the ranks of the disbelievers and
the battle soon spread inside the presidential palace where the Mujahideen struck the
apostates with deadly force.
By the grace of Allah alone, dozens of government officials were killed in this operation.
Among them were officers from the apostate Special Forces, intelligence services,
members of parliament and a number of the personal bodyguards of the apostate
President Muhammad Abdullah 'Farmajo'.
The attack also resulted in more than 40 injuries and the destruction of the government
buildings.

Al-Imam Al-Kaasani, may Allah have mercy on him, said in 'Bada'i As-Sana'i':

“There is no harm in firing arrows at the enemy even if we know that there
are Muslim captives or traders among them, due to the dire necessity. Since
the fortresses of the disbelievers are rarely free of Muslim captives or
traders, so taking this matter into consideration will lead to the impediment
of Jihad. However, during such cases the intended targets should be the
disbelievers and not the Muslims since there is no need to intentionally kill
an innocent Muslim unjustly.”

Sheikh Abu Mus’ab Az-Zarqawi [May Allah have mercy on him]

Among the blessed operations that shook the foundation of the apostate regime and its
institutions were the blessed raids against: the Ministries of Interior and Security, the
Presidential Palace, the Central Investigation Department, the Halane complex and other
apostate gatherings. The Mujahideen also carried out other special operations targeting
the heads of disbelief in the capital Mogadishu.

The objective of the Mujahideen in these blessed attacks was to send a clear
message to the heads of the apostate regime that they will never live in
peace or relish in safety as long as they are involved in the crime of apostasy.

Regardless of how much they hide, death is their inevitable fate, even if they
seek refuge in formidable towers or fortresses.

For indeed, the Mujahideen will never, under any circumstances, accept that
the Muslim land of Somalia be ruled according to man-made laws and
foreign constitutions imported from the crusaders and they will not allow
the sound creed and righteous morals of the future generations to be
corrupted and tainted.

34 |“then fight the leaders of disbelief” 3

Let it be clear to everyone that these blessed operations will continue to
escalate, by the permission of Allah, until Mogadishu and the rest of the
occupied cities are once again brought under the rule of Islamic Shari’ah and
are liberated from the filth of the crusaders and their apostate allies. Allah,
the Exalted, says: “The rule is for none but Allah. He has commanded that
you worship none but Him that is the (true) straight religion, but most men
know not.” [Yusuf, 40]

Sheikh Abu ‘Abdurahman Mahad Warsame [May Allah Protect Him]

In addition to the aforementioned operations, there were also many other operations on
the verge of execution but were cancelled after it became apparent to the Mujahideen
that there was a greater risk of harm to the Muslims in the vicinity, and in order to
safeguard the lives of Muslims and their property as much as possible.

All praise is due to Allah that it has become a common fact among Muslims
and even the enemies of Allah, that the Mujahideen do not intentionally
target innocent Muslims in their military operations, nor do they transgress
against their wealth and property. Both Muslims and the disbelievers attest
to this fact and everyone is now aware of this reality.

Sheikh Sultan Bin Muhammad Aal-Muhammad [May Allah Protect Him]

When speaking about the security of the city of Mogadishu, it depends

whether you are enquiring about the regular residents or those who work
for the federal government, AMISOM, UN and journalists such as me. These
[latter group] are targets for attacks and there is fear that their lives are in
danger and that at any time and place there might be an explosion. This is a
real threat and I experienced it myself whilst there. As for the regular
residents who live in Mogadishu’s neighbourhoods and go about their daily
lives, then they do not feel a sense of insecurity at all. For them the city is
safe, they do not experience attacks, there are no killings, or firefights in the
neighbourhoods. The only ones who really feel a sense of insecurity, are
specific targets who work for or are affiliated with the government, such as
military generals and staff of foreign organisations, these are targets.

Al-Shabaab is not in direct war with civilians or with people, you know
normal people. It is a state thing. Al-Shabaab has some problems with the
state and the state has problems with Al-Shabaab. So as far as I am
concerned civilians are civilians.

You are not part of the war?

I am not a part of it, no!

Muhammad [Somalia Diaspora]

Thus, the attacks against the apostate regime in Mogadishu unfolded, one after the other.
Not a day comes except that the one after it is worse.
They have neither security nor peace, neither solution nor resolution, neither tranquillity
nor stability, and all praise is due to Allah alone and then to the covert operatives and
righteous warriors from the Martyrdom Brigade and other intelligence teams who are
working behind enemy lines.

Allah has decreed that every soul shall die. Allah, The Exalted, says: “Every soul
shall taste death” [Aal-‘Imraan, 185]. Therefore, if you are going to die
regardless, it is better for you to die in the path of Allah. If you are guaranteed
eternal life, then go ahead and keep on living, but if death is inevitable and
decreed upon you, then you should stand in defence of Allah’s religion and die
for its sake.

My message to the disbelievers is that the religion of Allah will reign supreme
whilst you are in a state of humiliation. There is not a shred of doubt in that.
Allah and His Messenger have promised us that you will be humiliated and
defeated and this is something that is certain. I swear by Allah, that regardless
of what you do you will never be able to harm the Mujahideen. If a Mujahid is
martyred, then another one will replace him. If one dies by the decree of Allah,
this will neither harm the religion of Allah nor will it weaken it. No one on the
face of the earth was more noble than the Messenger of Allah and Allah took
his soul but the religion of Allah remained superior and spread even further.
The blood of the martyrs who are killed in the path of Allah is a shining lamp
that will illuminate the path for those who seek to defend the religion of Allah.

The Mujahid Sheikh Jabir Abdullah Diriye [Knight of the ‘SYL Hotel’ operation]

There is a hadeeth that I have contemplated on for very long and every time
this Hadeeth comes to my mind, I think of none other than the martyrdom
seekers.

The Messenger of Allah 7 said: “The best martyrs are those who meet the
enemy on the front lines and do not flinch their faces until they are slain.
Those ones will relish in the high quarters of the Jannah whilst their Lord
laughs at them, and if your Lord laughs at a people at any given place, then
they will not be taken to account”

How many a times has Allah laughed at a martyrdom seeker who destroyed the
disbelievers and dispersed their ranks whilst sacrificing his blood in order to
raise high the religion of Allah and obtain His reward! We ask Allah that He
make us from amongst them and accept our deeds.
