NOTE:The task card is written per MRS A319/320/321 and meets the requirement of RVSM.

A319/A320/A321飞机短停维护工作单 – 机电/电子
1. Install the landing gear safety pins as required and make sure they can be obviously seen.
按需安装起落架安全销,确保其标志明显。

2. For airplanes belong to your base station operation, you must check the CSN ENGINE
MONITORING DAILY ANALYSIS RECORDING CARD and make sure the engine satisfies the
airworthiness requirements. Fill the following blanks.
对于执管飞机从基地出发的航班,检查发动机性能报告并确保发动机适航。填写下面空白处。

According to CSN engine monitoring daily analysis recording card(Y/M/D),the engines can be
dispatched(Ref.File [2009] NO.39 ).
根据 年 月 日南航发动机监控每日分析工卡,发动机可以放行( 参考:南航股发[2009]39 号) 。

3. Perform a walk around to check the following items (Ref. Fig.1) :


绕飞机一周,完成以下检查( 参考图1) :

A. Nose area:
机头区域:

(1) Inspect nose landing gear shock struts for damage, leakage. Inspect wheel tires and hubs
for damage. The wear of the tires should be within the limit.
检查前起落架减震支柱无损坏和渗漏,前轮胎、轮毂无损坏,轮胎的磨损在标准内。

(2) Visually check and ensure that no damage is found on the lenses of the nose gear taxi
and take-off lights and runway turn-off lights. Clean the lenses if necessary.
目视检查确保前起落架滑行和起飞灯以及跑道转弯灯的灯罩外观无损伤,并按需清洁。

(3) Visually check the nose radome for condition. Make sure it locks correctly, and was not
damaged by foreign objects.
目视检查雷达罩的状况,确保锁销扣好,没有外物损伤。

(1) Perform a visual check for the left pitot probe, standby pitot probe, the left TAT probe, the
left AOA sensor,standby AOA sensor. Make sure they are in good condition with no
damage.
目视检查左皮托管探头、备用皮托管探头、左TAT 探头、左迎角探头、备用迎角探头,确保它们的
外观正常、没有损伤。

(2) Check the FWD left RVSM critical zone (fuselage skin around static ports that defined),
make sure it smooth and clean, no dent and damage.
检查左前RVSM关键区域(在飞机外部框出的静压孔区域),确保该区域光滑洁净,无凹坑和损伤。

(3) Perform a visual check for the left ice detector (if installed, one ) which are mounted on the
lower section skin. Make sure it is in good condition with no damage .
目视检查机身下部的左结冰探测器(如安装,1 个),确保它的外观正常,没有损伤。

C. Forward passenger/crew door section :


前旅客/机组门段:

(1) Check the AFT left RVSM critical zone (fuselage skin around static ports that
defined),make sure it smooth and clean, no dent and damage.
检查左后RVSM关键区域(在飞机外部框出的静压孔区域),确保该区域光滑洁净,无凹坑和损伤。

(2) Do a visual check for the presence of the crew oxygen overpressure discharge indicator
disc(green , 1 indicator for CEO and 2 indicators for NEO).
检查机组氧气释放指示片( 绿色) 在位(CEO 一个指示片;NEO 两个指示片)。

D. Left wing root area


左翼根区域

(1) Visually check and ensure that the left wing illumination light lens is no damage .
目视检查左大翼照明灯,确保其灯罩无损伤。

(2) Check wing leading edge inboard left engine for damage and dent. Check area under the
left wings for no leakage.
检查左发内侧机翼前缘无损坏、无凹坑,左机翼下表面无油液渗漏。

E. Left engine area


左发动机区域

(1) Check left engine pylon , nose cowl, intake duct, spinner, fan blades and panels for
damage. Inspect left engine exhaust pipe, cone, and visible turbine blades for damage .
Check left engine intake and exhaust ducts for foreign objects.
检查左发动机吊架、进气整流罩、进气道、前锥、风扇叶片、包皮无损坏。检查左发动机排气管、
整流锥和可见的涡轮叶片无损坏。检查左发动机进气管、排气管无外来物。

(2) Check the left engine fan blades leading edge for no ice.
检查左发风扇叶片前缘无结冰。

NOTE:If it is in weather of ice or snow or frost condition,fan blade trailing edge,concave


and convex also need inspection.
注: 如果是冰、雪、霜的寒冷天气,则风扇叶片的后缘、叶盆和叶背也需要进行检查。

(3) T he left engine p ressure relief door has not opened.


左发动机释压门没开启过。

(4) Check areas under the left engine drain lines and cowls for leakage. Check left engine
pylon drain tubes for leakage.
检查左发动机余油管和包皮下部无油液漏出。检查左发动机吊架余油管无油液漏出。

(5) For V2500 engine: Check the left engine ACOC outlet area for oil trace .Check the left
engine fan cowl and thrust reverser outer face for oil trace.
对于V2500 发动机:检查左发动机ACOC 排气口区域是否有油迹;检查左发动机风扇包皮和反推包
皮外表面是否有油迹。

Is the step applicable/是否执行本步骤: YES/是o NO/否o

(6) Check the left engine oil quantity. Refill oil as required. Record oil quantity you filled in
aircraft log book. Clear the unnecessary oil as necessary. Clean the power plant fan
cowls and thrust reverser cowls.
检查左发动机滑油量,按需要加油。将加油量填入飞行记录本。如加了滑油,清洁余油。清洁发动
机风扇整流罩、反推整流罩。

NOTE:If any oil has been added, please enter the data into China Southern M&E web
system within 4 hours, or report those data to aircraft base within 2 hours via
communication stated in flight logbook in case you can not get access to M&E web
system.
1) For V2500 engine: If the oil quality displayed on the ECAM is less than 19, refill
the oil between scale "1" and "FULL" of service glass as unit of whole tin.
2) For CFM 56 engine: If the oil level in the service glass on the oil tank is below
FULL MARK, refill the oil to FULL MARK.
3) For PW1100G engine: If the oil level in the service glass on the oil tank is below
scale "-1 quart", refill the oil between scale "-1 quart" and "FULL" of service
glass as unit of whole tin.
4) For LEAP-1A engine : If the oil level is below the below full MARK, add the
engine oil between up and below MARK.
5) To avoid the flight delay because of engine oil problems, under correct works
of engine oil quantity sensor and cockpit oil quantity indication system, the
engine oil critical dispatch is:
- For V2500 engine: Indication on ECAM = 11quart + 0.3quart/hour × next leg
flight hours
- For CFM56 engine: Indication on ECAM = 9.5quart + 0.5quart/hour × next leg
flight hours
- For LEAP-1A engine: Indication on ECAM= 10.6quart+0.45 quart/hour × next
leg flight hours
NOTE:For V2500 engine
1) Where conditions permit, the oil tank should be checked and oil added, if

necessary within a period of 5 to 60 minutes after engine shutdown.


2) If the engine was stopped for between 1 and 10 hours, perform dry crank the
engine prior to servicing to ensure the oil level indicated on the sight glass is
correct.
3) If the engine was stopped for more than 10 hours, perform idle run of at least 3
minutes duration before servicing to ensure the oil level indicated on the sight
glass is correct.
NOTE:For CFM56 engine
1) Where conditions permit, the oil tank should be checked and oil added, if
necessary, within a period of 5 to 60 minutes after engine shutdown.
2) If the engine is stopped for 1 hours or more, dry motor the engine for 2 minutes
before you fill the oil tank.
NOTE: For PW1100G engine
1) T he oil tank should be checked and oil added, within a period of 5 to 60
minutes after engine shutdown.
2) If the engine was stopped more than 1 hour or extremely cold environment (-37
° C OR BELOW) ,please operate the engine according to manual requirement
before servicing to ensure the oil level indicated on the sight glass is correct.
NOTE : For LEAP-1A engine
1) At full mark if the time after engine shutdown is between five minutes and not
more than 60 minutes.
2) At 3QT below full mark if the time after engine shutdown is superior at 60
minutes.
CAUTION:Must refill approved oil refer to the oil brand-names on the O il F ill Q uick A
ccess panel.
注意:如果添加了滑油,请在四个小时之内将数据录入到南航M&E系统中,如果是在不具备录入
条件的外站,请根据飞行记录本中的飞机执管单位的联系方式,以电话或邮件形式在两小时
之内报告给该飞机执管单位。
1) 对于V2500 发动机:从ECAM上检查发动机滑油量,如果滑油量低于19 夸脱,以整桶为
单位将滑油补加到目视检查窗刻线"1"和"FULL"之间。
2) 对于CFM56 发动机:如果发动机滑油箱上的目视检查窗的滑油面低于满刻度线,将滑油
补加到满刻度线。
3) 对于PW1100G 发动机:如果发动机滑油箱上的目视检查窗的滑油面在刻线"-1 夸脱"以
下,以整筒为单位将滑油补加到目视检查窗刻线"-1 夸脱"和"FULL"之间。
4) 对于LEAP-1A发动机:如果发动机滑油箱上的目视检查窗的滑油面在"Max"下刻线以下
,将滑油补加到"Max"上下刻线之间。
5) 为避免由于发动机滑油问题造成飞机延误,在发动机滑油油量传感器、驾驶舱滑油油量
指示系统工作正常的情况下,发动机滑油油量最低放行标准为:
- 对于V2500 发动机:ECAM上指示值 = 11 夸脱 + 0.3 夸脱/小时 × 下个航段计划飞行
小时数
- 对于CFM56 发动机:ECAM上指示值 = 9.5 夸脱 + 0.5 夸脱/小时 × 下个航段计划飞
行小时数
- 对于LEAP-1A发动机:ECAM上指示=10.6 夸脱+0.45 夸脱/小时× 下个航段计划飞行
小时数
注意:对于V2500 发动机
1) 如果条件允许,应在发动机关车5-60 分钟内检查和添加滑油。
2) 如果发动机关车时间在1 到10 小时之间,则运转发动机干冷转后,检查和添加滑油。

1) 如果允许,在发动机关车5-60 分钟内检查和添加滑油。
2) 如果发动机关车1 个小时以上,在添加滑油前要干冷转发动机2 分钟。
注意 :对于PW1100G 发动机
1) 在发动机关车5-60 分钟内检查和添加滑油。
2 ) 如果发动机关车1 个小时以上或者外界温度低于或等于零下37 摄氏度,在检查和添加滑
油前需要按照手册要求运转发动机。
注意: 对于LEAP-1A发动机
1) 如果允许,在发动机关车5-60 分钟内检查和添加滑油。
2 ) 如果发动机关车1 个小时以上,添加滑油少于满油位3 夸脱。
告诫 :应严格按照加油盖板上的滑油牌号标识添加规定牌号的发动机滑油。

(7) For CEO:When the aircraft is used for high altitude airport operation, please calculate the
oil consumption of the engine to make sure the oil consumption is normal.
If the next flight is a high altitude airport operation, the oil consumption should be
calculated.
The oil consumption of left engine is ________ Quarts/HR
NOTE:Detail method and limit are as below: find last two consecutive oil filling record in
the flight logbook or ME system and work out the oil consumption per hour by
dividing the engine flight hours between the last two consecutive oil refill with the
last oil refill amount. They will then determine if the next flight could be a high
altitude airport operation by comparing it with the maximum oil consumption (the
engine oil consumption alert level is 0.4 quarts/hour for CFM56-5B engine and 0.2
quarts/hour for V2500 engine). If the calculated engine oil consumption has
reached or exceeded the related oil consumption alert level, report to duty
manager and engine engineer timely,evaluate the oil consumption tendency, judge
the normality, if the airplane will or will not be dispatched for next high altitude
airport o peration . If the engine engineer confirm the engine is normal, report to
duty manager dispatch the aircraft.
NOTE: Visual examine the external surface of engine for evidence of oil leakage.
对于CEO 飞机:在执行高高原机场运行时,需完成发动机滑油耗量的计算,确保发动机滑油耗量正
常。
如果下一个航班是高高原飞行,计算发动机滑油消耗量与标准值进行比较。
左发滑油消耗量是:___________ 夸脱/小时
注:具体计算方法以及标准值如下:在飞行记录本或ME系统上查找最近2 次连续添加滑油的记录,
用最后一次加油量除以最后连续二次加油期间的发动机飞行小时计算出每小时的滑油消耗量,
再和最大的滑油消耗量(CFM56 发动机滑油消耗量排故限定警告值为0.4 夸脱/小时而对
V2500 发动机滑油消耗量排故限定警告值为0.2 夸脱/小时)相比来决定该飞机是否能进行下一
个高高原飞行。如果计算出的发动机滑油消耗量达到或超过相应的滑油消耗量警戒值,应及时
向值班经理和发动机工程师报告,评估该发滑油耗量趋势,判断是否正常,飞机是否可以执行
高高原航班。如果发动机工程师确认发动机无异常,工作者需报值班经理后放行飞机。
注:目视检查发动机外部有无滑油渗漏。

(1) Check wing leading edge outboard left engine for damage and dent.Check area under the
wings for leakage.
检查左发动机外侧机翼前缘无损坏和无凹坑,检查机翼下表面无油液渗漏。

G. Left wing tip area:


左翼尖区域:

(1) Visually check the navigation light (red) and the white strobe light at the left wing tip and
make sure that the lenses are no damage, the navigation light is on.
目视检查左翼尖航行灯( 红色) 和白色频闪灯,确保灯罩无损伤,航行灯点亮。

(2) Perform a visual check for the static dischargers locate at left wing tip area and left
aileron(9 location). Make sure they are in good condition with no damage.
目视检查左大翼尖和左副翼上的放电刷 (9 个) ,确保它们外观正常, 没有损伤。

H. Left wing trailing edge area:


左机翼后缘区域:

(1) Check left wing tip, trailing edge and all left wing flight control surfaces for damage and
leakage.
检查左翼尖、机翼后缘和左机翼各飞行操纵舵面无损坏和油液渗漏。

(2) Visually check the static dischargers(if installed) locate at left wing trailing edge flap track
fairings ( 3 location). Make sure they are in good condition with no damage.
目视检查左大翼后缘襟翼滑轨整流罩上的放电刷( 3 个,如装有) ,确保它们的外观正常,没有损伤。

I. Left landing gear area


左起落架区域

(1) Visually check the torque link damper and the visible hydraulic pipe in the left main
landing gear for no leakage.
目视检查左主起落架区域的减摆器和可见液压管路无油液渗出。

(2) Check left main landing gear shock strut for damage and leakage.
检查左主起落架减震支柱无损坏、无渗漏。

(3) Inspect left main landing gear wheels hubs and tires no damage. The wear of the tire
should be within the limit.
检查左主起落架轮毂和轮胎无损伤,轮胎磨损在标准内。

(4) Visually check and ensure that the left landing light lens is in good condition. Clean the
lens if necessary.
目视检查左着陆灯,确保其灯罩无损伤,并按需清洁。

(1) Do a visual check for the presence of the APU fire extinguisher overpressure discharge
indicator disk (red).
检查APU灭火瓶超压释放指示片( 红色) 在位。

K. L eft horizontal stabilizer area:


左水平安定面区域:

(1) Perform a visual check for the static dischargers locate at left horizontal stabilizer tip area
and left elevator (5 location). Make sure they are in good condition with no damage.
目视检查左水平安定面尖部和左升降舵上的放电刷(5 个) ,确保它们外观正常,没有损伤。

L. Tail area:
尾部区域:

(1) Visually check vertical stabilizer, rudder, horizontal stabilizers and elevators from ground
for damage and leakage . Check the area under the APU drain tube and door for leakage.
从地面目视检查垂直尾翼和方向舵,水平安定面和升降舵无明显损坏,无油液渗漏,APU余油管和
舱门下部表面无油液渗漏。

(2) Visually check the white navigation light and the strobe light at the tail cone. Make sure
that their lenses are no damage, the white navigation light is on.
目视检查尾锥上的白色航行灯和频闪灯,确保其灯罩无损伤,航行灯点亮。

(3) Perform a visual check for the static dischargers locate at vertical stabilizer tip area and
rudder ( 5 location). Make sure they are in good condition with no damage .
目视检查垂直安定面尖部和方向舵上的放电刷 (5 个) ,确保它们外观正常,没有损伤。

M . Right horizontal stabilizer area:


右水平安定面区域:

(1) Perform a visual check for the static dischargers locate at right horizontal stabilizer tip
area and right elevator (5 location). Make sure they are in good condition with no
damage.
目视检查右水平安定面尖部和右升降舵上的放电刷(5 个) ,确保它们外观正常,没有损伤。

N. After right lower fuselage area:


右后下机身区域:

(1) Make sure the drain valves in lower fuselage are not blocked and covered by ice.
确保下机身排放活门没有被冰堵塞和覆盖。

Note: it is cold weather maintenance task and performed under 0° c.


注: 冷天维护工作,在气温0 摄氏度以下执行。

(2) Check the drain valves on the lower fuselage of the after cargo compartment for no liquid
leakage.

(3) Perform a visual check for the radio altimeter antennas (4 location), VHF antennas which
are mounted on the lower section skin. Make sure they are in good condition with no
damage.
目视检查装在机身下部的无线电高度表天线(4 个) 、VHF 天线,确保它们外观正常,没有损伤。

O. Right landing gear area


右起落架区域

(1) Visually check the torque link damper and the visible hydraulic pipe in the right main
landing gear for no leakage.
目视检查右主起落架区域的减摆器和可见液压管路无油液渗出。

(2) Check right main landing gear shock strut for damage and leakage.
检查右主起落架减震支柱无损坏、无渗漏。

(3) Inspect right main landing gear wheels hubs and tires for damage. The wear of the tire
should be within the limit.
检查右主起落架轮毂和轮胎无损伤,轮胎磨损在标准内。

(4) Visually check and ensure that the right landing light lens is in good condition. Clean the
lens if necessary.
目视检查右着陆灯,确保其灯罩无损伤,并按需清洁。

P. Right wing trailing edge area:


右大翼后缘区域:

(1) Visually check right wing tip, trailing edge and all right engine flight control surfaces for
damage and leakage.
目视检查右翼尖、机翼后缘和右机翼各飞行操纵舵面无损坏和油液渗漏。

(2) Visually check the static dischargers(if installed) locate at right wing trailing edge flap
track fairings ( 3 location). Make sure they are in good condition with no damage.
目视检查右大翼后缘襟翼滑轨整流罩上的放电刷( 3 个,如装有) ,确保它们的外观正常,没有损伤。

Q. Right wing tip area:


右翼尖区域:

(6) Check the right engine oil quantity. Refill oil as required. Record oil quantity you filled in
aircraft log book. Clear the unnecessary oil as necessary. Clean the power plant fan
cowls and thrust reverser cowls.
检查右发动机滑油量,按需要加油。将加油量填入飞行记录本。如加了滑油,清洁余油。清洁发动
机风扇整流罩、反推整流罩。

NOTE:If any oil has been added, please enter the data into China Southern M&E web
system within 4 hours, or report those data to aircraft base within 2 hours via
communication stated in flight logbook in case you can not get access to M&E web
system.
1) For V2500 engine: If the oil quality displayed on the ECAM is less than 19, refill
the oil between scale "1" and "FULL" of service glass as unit of whole tin.

2) For CFM 56 engine: If the oil level in the service glass on the oil tank is below
FULL MARK, refill the oil to FULL MARK.
3) For PW1100G engine: If the oil level in the service glass on the oil tank is below
scale "-1 quart", refill the oil between scale "-1 quart" and "FULL" of service
glass as unit of whole tin.
4) For LEAP-1A engine : If the oil level is below the below full MARK, add the
engine oil between up and below MARK.
5) To avoid the flight delay because of engine oil problems, under correct works
of engine oil quantity sensor and cockpit oil quantity indication system, the
engine oil critical dispatch is:
- For V2500 engine: Indication on ECAM = 11quart + 0.3quart/hour × next leg
flight hours
- For CFM56 engine: Indication on ECAM = 9.5quart + 0.5quart/hour × next leg
flight hours
- For LEAP-1A engine: Indication on ECAM= 10.6quart+0.45 quart/hour × next
leg flight hours
NOTE:For V2500 engine
1) Where conditions permit, the oil tank should be checked and oil added, if
necessary within a period of 5 to 60 minutes after engine shutdown.
2) If the engine was stopped for between 1 and 10 hours, perform dry crank the

2) If the engine is stopped for 1 hours or more, dry motor the engine for 2 minutes
before you fill the oil tank.

1) T he oil tank should be checked and oil added, within a period of 5 to 60
minutes after engine shutdown.
2) If the engine was stopped more than 1 hour or extremely cold environment (-37
° C OR BELOW) ,please operate the engine according to manual requirement
before servicing to ensure the oil level indicated on the sight glass is correct.
NOTE:For LEAP-1A engine
1) At full mark if the time after engine shutdown is between five minutes and not
more than 60 minutes.
2) At 3QT below full mark if the time after engine shutdown is superior at 60
minutes.
CAUTION:Must refill approved oil refer to the oil brand-names on the O il F ill Q uick A
ccess panel.

告诫 :应严格按照加油盖板上的滑油牌号标识添加规定牌号的发动机滑油。

(7) For CEO:When the aircraft is used for high altitude airport operation, please calculate the
oil consumption of the engine to make sure the oil consumption is normal.
If the next flight is a high altitude airport operation, the oil consumption should be
calculated.
The oil consumption of right engine is ________ Quarts/HR
NOTE:Detail method and limit are as below: find last two consecutive oil filling record in
the flight logbook or ME system and work out the oil consumption per hour by
dividing the engine flight hours between the last two consecutive oil refill with the
last oil refill amount. They will then determine if the next flight could be a high
altitude airport operation by comparing it with the maximum oil consumption (the
engine oil consumption alert level is 0.4 quarts/hour for CFM56-5B engine and 0.2
quarts/hour for V2500 engine). If the calculated engine oil consumption has
reached or exceeded the related oil consumption alert level, report to duty
manager and engine engineer timely,evaluate the oil consumption tendency,
judge the normality, if the airplane will or will not be dispatched for next high
altitude airport o peration .If the engine engineer confirm the engine is normal,
report to duty manager dispatch the aircraft.

注:具体计算方法以及标准值如下:在飞行记录本或ME系统上查找最近2 次连续添加滑油的记录,

(1) Check wing leading edge inboard right engine for damage and dent.Check area under
the right wings for leakage.

(2) Visually check and ensure that the right wing illumination light lens is no damage .
目视检查右大翼照明灯,确保其灯罩无损伤。

U. Area u nder the forward fuselage:


前机身下部区域:

(1) Visually check the lower red anti-collision light lenses are no damage .
目视检查机身下部红色防撞灯的灯罩无损伤。

(2) Check the drain valves on the lower fuselage of the forward cargo compartment for no
liquid leakage.
检查前货舱下部的机身余水口无液体渗漏。

(3) Make sure the drain valves in lower fuselage are not blocked and covered by ice.
确保下机身排放活门没有被冰堵塞和覆盖。

Note: it is cold weather maintenance task and performed under 0° c.

(1) Check the AFT right RVSM critical zone (fuselage skin around static ports that defined),
make sure it smooth and clean, no dent and damage.

W. Cockpit section:
驾驶舱段:

(1) Check the FWD right RVSM critical zone (fuselage skin around static ports that

(2) Perform a visual check for the right pitot probe, the right TAT probe, the right AOA

(3) Perform a visual check for the right ice detector (if installed, one ) which are mounted on
the lower section skin. Make sure it is in good condition with no damage .

4. Check the airplane to make sure no ice, snow or frost and do deicing/anti-icing job as required.

condition. Refer to the examine & deicing/anti-icing job card if do the deicing/anti-icing job as

5. In the cockpit :

A. Debrief the flight crew for faults and check the ECAM message. Report the faults and take
actions,then sign the log book.

NOTE: If you must remove any component and sent to workshop, print the PFR (Post Flight
Report)and TSD (Trouble Shooting Data) (If exists) ,then attach printed documents on
the part.

B. Before the aircraft is used for high altitude airport operation, check and make sure all hydraulic

test of the APU,make sure the electrical power and bleed air system of APU are normal(refer
to AMM 49-00-00-710-008-A or 49-00-00-710-010-A) , check APU System Page on lower
ECAM for low oil level indication and replenish as necessary, record oil quantity serviced on
the flight book。If the APU oil is added, the APU oil consumption is also estimated. If the APU
oil consumption is out of the limited value 0.19Q/hour, please contact duty manager or APU
engineer. (note: APU oil additive amount divided by the number of hours of APU use (the
number of hours of APU use after two times) to estimate APU oil consumption) .
在执行高高原机场运行时,需完成APU操作测试,确保APU供电和引气系统运行正常(参见AMM
49-00-00-710-008-A或49-00-00-710-010-A),通过下ECAM的APU系统页面检查是否有APU低滑油

OXYGEN)。
