RE: Retainer Agreement

Dear Sir:

Thank you for considering my services as your retained counsel to advise, assist, and
handle your legal matters on the specified issue stated below.

I am to handle the SALE, CONTRACT DRAFTING, CONTRACT SIGNING, FACILITATION

OF SALE, and shall monitor all legalities of the sale as well as the welfare of the client
with regards to the sale, and as your retained counsel I will render the following services
to you:

a. Conduct all relevant meetings with you or your representative as well as any other
third person or party in order to expedite the resolution of any issue which will arise
from the sale of the property.
b. Create the needed documents as well as acquire, receive, and file all necessary
documents in connection with the issue at hand.
c. Litigate on your behalf along with your duly authorized representative / personnel
on any matter which shall arise in the present transaction.
d. Represent, along with your authorized representative, any and all of your interests
regarding the legalities of the disposition of the properties.
e. Conduct all relevant and necessary legal research and all relevant and necessary
actions in order to expedite the sale.
f. Provide sound and expedient material legal counselling on any and all matters
pertatining to the sale of the client’s property.

PLAN OF ACTION

1. All contracts shall be made by the retained counsel for the sale.
2. Conduct meetings with the prospective buyers for consultations with regards to terms
of the sale.
3. All pertinent documents relating to the property shall be collated and the property
will be prepared for disposal.
4. Ocular inspection of the property.
5. Actions shall be taken to secure the ownership and prevent third party claimants or
illegal settlers.
6. Litigate, if necessary, on any issue connected therewith.
7. Finalize and conduct contract signing with prospective buyers and eventually prepare
and notarize deed of sale to expedite the sale.
8. Fully account for all money received and transfer of funds to client.

In connection with this, the following shall be the charges for my services:
  Acceptance Fee: Php _________________________________
 Appearance Fee/Meetings: Php 5,000 per appearance/meeting
 Pleadings and other documents: Php 5,000 per pleading/document
 Miscellaneous expenses, incidental expenses, and representation fees shall be on
your account in the form of reimbursements evidenced by proper receipts.
